How to Get There
Stayed here because of a conference I attended. Was assigned a room on the second floor near the elevator when I had requested the opposite. Can fault them for that, I know room availability varies and I have the lowest status for World of Hyatt. The hotel seems nice as you walk through the lobby. Then you enter the Radius tower. You are hit with the stench of garbage. The odor persisted on the second floor but thankfully abated once I was in my room for a bit. The room itself is pretty small. Noises also transmit too easily, with hearing the slams of the toilet seat from my upstairs neighbors. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 10:30pm despite me having the “occupied” tag on the door; they seemed genuinely surprised someone was in there.
Room service was fast. While the food was not the healthiest, it tasted fine.
Overall definitely not my favorite. If I make it back to Atlanta again, I would not stay here.
Stayed here for one week to attend a conference. The rooms were nice, I had a large king room which was spacious and bed was comfy. Hotel staff were not very friendly though which was a shame. Hotel is in a nice location though.
I stayed at the Hyatt because it was the venue where my conference was being held. When I entered my room I immediately noticed that the entry light fixture was falling out of the ceiling. This led me to inspect my room a bit more closely. Upon inspection I found the toilet roll fixture hanging loosely on the wall, the bathroom floor was dirty, the remote battery cover broken, and the desk lamp turned in an awkward position and plugged into a very odd, far away outlet. With that said, the beds are very comfortable.
