Not the best place we have stayed.

The staff was very pleasant from the front desk to everyone else. The hotel though when you walk in smells like something is wrong the A/C and is probably nearly 80 degrees everywhere on the first floor. What is wrong with this probelm? The worst part though is the first night we were there our car was broken into and the rear door window was broken. After waiting for the parking service to get a replacement window put in and they never showed up we had to then leave the next day with no window to drive home. The hotel management was indifferent to the problem and did nothing to help out. There were no cameras in the garage and the garage was totally unsecured. Poor service and no security lousy combination. Two days later and still trying to get the window fixed. Can't get the hotel manager to even call back. Guess the answer is don't stay here unlrdd you want to find out what poor customer service is about.

This Marriott is a convention center and the rooms do need some updating. It has a fantastic location. The beds were comfortable. My daughter and I were traveling alone and felt very safe. We were on the fourth floor where the convention center is and there was a lot of noise in the hallway the walls seem to be very thin. They definitely need some additional help at the valet. We had to wait each time we came and went. Overall good stay.

Shame on this hotel.

Shame on this hotel. I waited five hours in a sweltering lobby to check into this hotel which had completely lost all power. No other hotel in the area had lost power. This was not a hurricane. This was a normal day. Apparently a very normal day for them. During my five hour wait I visited not one, not two, but three restaurants in the area they confirmed this hotel is regularly out of power when no one else is. Shame on Marriott for selling us a defective product. They know this hotel is bad but it’s well located and too large to shut down and fix. So they just keep selling rooms. They lost me as a Marriott customer for life. If they’re willing to treat us this way I suggest you all do the same. At the very least avoid this hotel like the plague
