How to Get There
First time my mom and I stayed at a Bed and Breakfast and we weren't disappointed. The rooms were clean and felt homey. The staff are very friendly and take care of you from the moment you arrive until you leave. Definitely would go back!!
Found the Presidents' Quarters Inn after a very disappointing 2 nights at another place. Presidents' Quarters was like a dream. Room was beautiful. Everyone on the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and the wine and hors d'oeuvres in the afternoon was a special touch. At night you could hear the horse drawn carriage go by - just like it would have sounded in the years past. Highly recommend.
We love the President's Quarters Inn. Rooms are wonderful as well as the staff. My thanks to their wonderful chef and his breakfast menu is always and A+. I have two suggestions. I think a small refrigerator in the bathroom under the vanity top would be a nice addition and also, as a 70 year old, I think grab bars in the bath tub would be welcome.
We were there for a graduation weekend. Once we parked our car in their lot, we never used it again. We walked everywhere. The garden is a lovely setting for coffee and breakfast. They are pet friendly to boot.
The room was exquisite with beautiful furnishings and a huge bathroom. We stayed two nights and the breakfasts were Five Star each morning. The staff couldn't have been more charming and helpful. A definite plus in Savannah is they also have on-site parking. The location in the middle of the Historic District was perfect. The 17Hundred90 Inn & Restaurant right next door was so wonderful we ate dinner there two nights.
