How to Get There
The major asset of this hotel is its staff, who were all very good.
Room was OK, but in need of some renovation, like the public areas which have so much potential.
Breakfast was good although frenetic and the staff did a good job of clearing tables for the next guests.
Travelled to Nice with my wife. First time here, wonderful place. Hotel is on the promenade next door to the famous Negresco. On the plus side, well located, staff courteous, excellent buffet breakfast. Negatively, room not ready to occupy after a days travelling. Not acceptable. We were quickly relocated. A room at the back of the hotel is of no use in comparison to the sea view from the front facing rooms. Air con condensers too noisy even up on 6th floor. Also returned to find housekeeping had left my door open on one occasion. Room also had my biggest objection which is 2 single beds pushed together to make a double. Hotels should be penalised for this practice especially in a room not large enough to accommodate 2 single beds.
We have today returned from a 5 day stay at the West End hotel and would very much like to thank you and all the staff for a wonderful break.
We have stayed with you in the past and on all occasions the experience has been very positive.
Without exception all of your staff have been polite, efficient and extremely helpful. It would be unfair to single out individuals but in particular your reception staff and the breakfast team could not have been more caring;always ready to help us with a cheerful smile!
The room was sparkling clean and had all the amenities we could ask for.The breakfast was extremely varied and tasty.........
We are of course planning another stay with you later in the year.
This level of guest service is no accident you have clearly set very high standards and trained the staff appropriately to deliver excellent customer service.
Please feel free to add my comments to your hotel reviews.
Once again our thanks,

Well positioned on the sea front. We were in 610 with nice balcony on top floor. Double bed was two singles together with no topper though. White modern bathroom, small overall. Tv has bbc1 which was nice. Free Wi-fi. Resturant with chateubreaud and crepe suzettes flambé were excellent. Staff were v good . Would return .
Did short 4 night break in March. Hotel in very convenient position for nice walks along the Promenade Anglais and also for shopping around Place Massena and walk able into the Old Town. Or can easily jump on one of the buses that run along the Promenade. Had nice room on the 4th Floor with small Juliet balcony overlooking the sea - lovely views. Hotel offered very nice breakfast selection in a conservatory type room at the front of the hotel and there was also a nice terrace area. Nice Lounge and small bar to relax. Loved our stay the the Hotel West End and hope to return for another stay soon.
