Few places in the world are as synonymous with glitz and glamor as the world-famous resort towns of the French Riviera. From sizzling-hot Saint-Tropez to the Belle Époque romance of Nice, France’s Côte d’Azur is an ideal spot for a luxurious getaway. See and be seen on the sun-soaked beaches, sample the exclusive night life, or try your luck with a few hands at the Monte Carlo – however you spend your time here, you’ll be sure to see how the Riviera has set the standard in luxury travel.
Located in Nice la Belle itself, the four-star Nice Riviera Hotel offers comfortable and stylish accommodations, amid turn-of-the-century palaces and grand villas that date back to the period of Italian rule. You’ll find a café, where you can enjoy a cozy drink by an open fire, along with an indoor swimming pool and a wellness center with a Finnish sauna, gym and Jacuzzi. To help acquaint you with your setting, there are views of the Promenade des Anglais, and a continental buffet breakfast is served each morning, with choices of fruit, pastries and cold cuts – the perfect way to gear up for the walk to the old town, flower market and beach, although none is more than a stone’s throw away.
Rooms at the Nice Riviera Hotel are spacious and simply decorated with bamboo parquet flooring and colorful, Mediterranean-style upholstery. Each bedroom has a LCD flat-screen TV.
NIce boasts a stunning old-world opulence, combined with a vibrant and diverse culture, a glamorous nightlife scene and some excellent restaurants, serving fabulous Mediterranean seafood. Just a short walk from the Nice Riviera Hotel is the seafront Promenade des Anglais, which leads to the castle ruins of Colline du Chateau, from where you can get some great views of the town and the sea. Nice also has its fair share of cultural attractions; the Musée Matisse and Musée Chagall are both well worth a look. Of course, if you’re feeling brave, Nice also boasts a huge sweep of beach, which more than makes up for its slight rockiness with the mild temperature of its Mediterranean waters.
How to Get There
We had an awesome stay at the Nice Riviera! Great location, friendly staff, and the pool facility is a luxury! Highly recommend! We even received an upgrade to a balcony suite and early check in at zero cost!
It s really a nice hotel, in the center of nice, friendly staff, i didnt try the breakfast, they have swimming pool and jacuzzi and sauna, clean room and the reception very helpful, i love it. And hope coming back
I would rate it 2 star - carpet dirty, furniture jut out dated. Dinning room is worse than a school dinner hall.
Arrived - staff were friendly. Pay your room deposit using cash, that way you will get it back when you leave - at check out.lift wasn't working had to use stairs - they were dirty and old - at least they didn't smell. The corridors were just as bad. Room was okay. Okay enough to just out your head down. The bathroom was clean - don't use the lotion; it smelt horrible.
I was only in the room for 5 mins and left. I came back in the early hours slept for 5 hrs and I was out. I was glad to have booked only one night.
The bed was decent.
Please note that this is not a vhill out hotel, this is just a place to out your head down. If you are after a nice swim, drinks and a meal - go else were.
This is a budget hotel, and it's not a 4 star please. Don't be fooled by the misleading advert.paid £80 😏
I ve deposit on arrival and I didn’t know about it and after 22 days still waiting to get it back. The room was nice and clean, there is a problem when you showering water going in all bathroom,we use towels to not let water going in the room.
Came here with friends for a long weekend. Had a great time staff incredibly helpful and friendly and a credit to the management / owners. Rooms and beds very clean and comfortable. Only thing that stopped this from being 5⭐️ was the heat. As it was November aircon was off but rooms were incredibly hot at night.
Will be back though with the Hubby
