How to Get There
The Hotel Zamora is a wonderful boutique hotel. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated with special care given to wellness. The staff is always available to go above and beyond to help their guests. Ivy, Dylan, and Britney took great care of us in their delicious restaurant (seriously, the food is amazing!). The front desk were incredibly friendly (Bailey helped prepare a special surprise for us). They have a spot on the beach where you can relax and enjoy the day. Fabian will make sure to set you up with everything you need. We loved our stay at the Zamora and will definitely be back again!
I came to this hotel to write my dad's eulogy I was welcome to buy the most high-end respectable staff. A staff that will go beyond their limits a customer service they give you a one and only true look at class Elegance and above and beyond normal expectations. After a friend who was welcome to you're just as much as I was rudely give them a review I asked you to dismiss that review and to take a look for yourselves and come and enjoy yourself at this hotel. Even when a person in my friends group act it out so rudely this stafftreating me like a one-of-a-kind and I felt so privileged and I felt so good about walking back into this hotel after such embarrassing moment I never felt welcome like that before. I want to thank you this stuff the owners in the managers for making this a once-in-a-lifetime experience if you have a chance you must check it out the restaurants great the food is amazing the staff is just one of a kind...
How many I have the unpleasant experience of staying at this property. Occasionally one thing or two things will go wrong at a hotel but when everything goes wrong it's just a place no one needs to stay that's the case here the concierge sold me a 4-day package which the hotel had no availability to fill and then the hotel wanted to offer me Hotel Credit in exchange for the missing nights that they couldn't fill because they were oversold. Then they offered me an upgrade to the same room I'm in just on opposite side of the building let me try to contain my enthusiasm and excitement. Then at about 10 at night when I ordered my dinner from room service and I'm waiting for it to come to the room I'm informed by the front desk staff that I will need to check out and leave the hotel because I had not been checked in even though I had keys that the manager gave me and the $250 credit apparently I wasn't here and I needed a credit card for incidentals. The only place with crappy or service in this is the Pinellas County Jail but how at least there they know who's checked in and they know what room you're in and they get your dinner right. The management of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves and definitely need to be retrained before they train anymore employees if they train them at all next time I'll stay someplace with a service-level that actually matches the service they put out instead of an inflated egotistical service-level which doesn't do anything for the guests at all of them leaving them wanting a refund and wishing they'd stayed elsewhere
