How to Get There
I enjoyed my stay during a recent conference. The staff was helpful and professional, the room was nice and the food was good. I would stay here again if I needed a room before traveling from MIA or another conference.
No free water and didn't get information about breakfast or amenities. Didn't receive a warm welcome at all during check-in and honestly, the lighting options in the room weren't great. Concierge desk was crazy busy.
Booked 2 rooms and selected rooms with the app and checked in on arrival did not get the rooms that I had checked in to, as we had 2 rooms I had selected rooms on the same floor but got 1 room on 9th and 1 on 11th floor.
The bar service was useless, stood at bar waiting and the 2 ladies were standing talking and looking at phones, after some time shouted excuse me no response, then one of the ladies went collecting glasses on return I asked are you serving and was told not now sweaty ( yes that word sweaty ).
Then asked the other lady is she serving and she then served us after around 10 minutes wait with no other customer being served.
The pool was not open as it was being refurbished but there was no mention on booking to give you the choice of if you still want to stay there.
We arrived late evening 11pm there was 2 coffee bags and 2 milk and we used them when we got to the room. in the morning 6am we wanted a coffee so went down to reception and asked for coffee and milk and was told had to wait till 8am 2 hours wait not good.
On checking out paid bill in full using credit card day after noticed they had billed my credit for full amount and also taken a second payment from a previous card used on my Hilton account £112 had to make contact to get this refunded.
So my funds were £112 short for 3 days not good if you need that money.
