Financial District tech-savvy skyscraper with a rooftop pool towering over Biscayne Bay

The Lowdown

Right in the heart of Miami’s bustling business district, the Conrad Miami perches directly on Biscayne Bay. Local produce and sustainably sourced fish lend a fresh flavor to the global eats at minimalist-chic Atrio, and floor-to-ceiling views compete for attention with the creative cocktails and small plates at the 25th-floor bar. On-site personal training, rooftop pool swimming and sky-high, flood-lit tennis matches make staying in shape irresistible, even on vacation. Techno-savvy rooms include bedside remotes to control everything from the lighting to the temperature. The muted palette of cream, chocolate and sea-blue keep the focus on the dramatic city and bay views.

In the Area

Miami’s trendy downtown Brickell neighborhood has quite a few waterside diversions. Grab speakeasy-style cocktails at Blackbird Ordinary or party at Brit pub–inspired haute hotspot The Hoxton. Catch the Miami Heat playing in their own kingdom, AmericanAirlines Arena, just a few minutes away. Or get your dose of culture at the nearby Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. The party scene and Art Deco architecture of South Beach are just a 15-minute drive away.

Wonderful Experience

This was our second time staying but this visit was even better then before .You can feel the quality from the moment you park your car because the valet attendants are there to welcome you and open up the doors . Everything is amazing from the delicious cocktails, delicious breakfast buffet with the amazing view , and high class room we received . I have to give a special mention to Fabione and Jonathyn Diaz that were extra accommodating and polite.

Pre cruise stay

After a long flight it was nice to arrive to a warm welcome. We stayed here for two nights pre cruise. Staff were extremely helpful throughout the stay. Rooms large and clean with great views. We had issues with a neighbouring room who were playing load music but this was dealt with professionally by security staff at the hotel. Only down side to this hotel was the pool area which needs some renovation.

This was my second visit to the Conrad in Brickell. I love the surrounding area, and it's my preferred are to stay in Miami. The check in is up on the 25th floor, so that;s a bit odd, but the hotel itself is nice and clean. The bathroom and shower are huge, and there's also a separate bath tub, if that's your thing. They have a small restaurant/bar on the lobby level, with a great view. Coffee is served in the lobby in the mornings, as well as fruit water in the afternoon.

CBD Location

We were only in Miami for a couple of nights ore cruise and our travel agent booked this hotel. It is in the Business district so there weren't many bars or restaurants close by but the hoyltel was really good, rooms spacious and comfortable with good views. The staff were very helpful and with the Metro close by it was easy to get around the city. Would definitely recommend it for a short visit.

Pricy hotel but check your mattresses!!! Got bit by bed bugs during my stay! The staff was nice, but the beds are clearly filfthy. I couldn’t report this since I just got back from a cruise or I would have reported this earlier!
