Financial District tech-savvy skyscraper with a rooftop pool towering over Biscayne Bay

The Lowdown

Right in the heart of Miami’s bustling business district, the Conrad Miami perches directly on Biscayne Bay. Local produce and sustainably sourced fish lend a fresh flavor to the global eats at minimalist-chic Atrio, and floor-to-ceiling views compete for attention with the creative cocktails and small plates at the 25th-floor bar. On-site personal training, rooftop pool swimming and sky-high, flood-lit tennis matches make staying in shape irresistible, even on vacation. Techno-savvy rooms include bedside remotes to control everything from the lighting to the temperature. The muted palette of cream, chocolate and sea-blue keep the focus on the dramatic city and bay views.

In the Area

Miami’s trendy downtown Brickell neighborhood has quite a few waterside diversions. Grab speakeasy-style cocktails at Blackbird Ordinary or party at Brit pub–inspired haute hotspot The Hoxton. Catch the Miami Heat playing in their own kingdom, AmericanAirlines Arena, just a few minutes away. Or get your dose of culture at the nearby Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. The party scene and Art Deco architecture of South Beach are just a 15-minute drive away.

This is Customer Service at its apex!

Had a wonderful long weekend stay at the Conrad Miami. Eleni and her team took such great care of us from start to finish. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne as well as one of their newly renovated suites that was just out of this world. Huge soaking bath tub, marble floors in the spacious bathroom, luxurious king bed, separate living room with another huge flat screen TV, and of course all the signature Conrad amenities!

The gym was well equipped and included state of the art machines. As with all Conrads they do a great job keeping the gym spotless, fresh and the refrigerator being stocked with cold bottles of water.

The concierge (Hana and Shakevia) were also extremely helpful and generous. Thanks to them, we enjoyed a plate of chocolate covered strawberries, a bottle of wine and terrific dinner recommendations. Specifically, they helped us find an amazing dim sum locale, Kon Chau, which was to die for.

We cannot wait to return and can't thank Eleni enough for making this a truly memorable stay. She went above and beyond the call of duty!

Terrible stay

Rooms were not ready on arrival so I was given an alternative which should have been an upgrade. Construction outside of the room lasted the whole day, the room was either not cleaned or done so to a terrible standard. To the point I went and purchased cleaning supplies to at least do the bathroom. No hot water in the shower, room service was stone cold on arrival.

I emailed them regarding left items in the room and am still yet to hear back

I’ve stayed here many times before and this is by far the worst experience.

Overall a disappointing stay.

Great location

Would give 5 stars easily if parking was not $45 (valet) $30 self with 3 elevators to get to...and there was construction of the restaurant/bar.
Sophia, a supervisor, is a stand out Hilton employee. Very nice area.
