Great place to stay in the brickelle area. The condo was clean and modern with a great view from the balcony. The building has great amenities including parking which is huge if you plan to drive in as well as a pool, hot tub, gym, business center and common areas.Overall a great place for a great value in a great location I plan to stay again.

Awesome experience

What absolutely made my stay was the clean rooms, spacious accommodations, room with a view, pool was indoor and out door.... also, this spot was centrally located in the heart of action. Everything was within walking distance! I will be back...

If you want to feel at home in Brickell and very independent , that's the spot

Very well located in brickell . parking included (big plus) and the condo we got was very spacious with a great view. You will only meet with the lobby people but in the end all is perfectly described in the courier left in the condo. Amenities are great as well. I highly recommend it and the 101 broadway building.

Careful when booking

One Broadway is operated by several companies. Churchill is one of them and seems to be at the bottom part of the list. The moment you check in and showed your paid confirmation, you will get tired of hearing awww.. Churchill or ask Chuchill. It took us 2 1/2 hours to check in and the unit doesnt look as expected. Never did see or hear from any Churchill representative during our stay.

Solid alternative to hotels

If the pricing is right, this is a great option if you want lots more space and amenities like a kitchen and washer/dryer. The location is excellent in Brickell, walkable to shops, restaurants and local businesses. I did not have a car, and didn't have the need. No daily maid service because it is an apartment, and I didn't miss it.
This was a one bedroom apartment with a king size bed. The unit was quiet, and had a south facing balcony with unobstructed views. The pool was nice, although the water was cold. There is a decent workout room.
Again, I had a very good rate and was happy with my choice, but there were a few issues. The unit could have had a more generous supply of towels, dishes and glassware. Somewhere to sit on the balcony would have been nice. The bathroom is large but is fairly basic. The elevators are slow, although one appeared to be out of service.
Lastly, the checkout time is 11am, and they offer a "late checkout"of 1pm for a steep $50 fee, if available, which I took. The cleaning lady showed up at 10am, and I had to turn her away. And without knocking, someone walked in at 12:30 with the luggage of the next guests, and hovered until I vacated the premises. So, although the option seems available, I don't recommend paying for the uncertain privilege of staying longer, because they obviously discourage it.
