One Broadway in the Heart of Miami!
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Absolutely stunning apartments downtown Miami. Very clean and spacious with incredible views of Miami and the sea. The location is perfect and easy to access the free and paid transportation in Miami (within 5 minutes walk). The highlight of this apartment was the beautiful pool and hot tub area on the rooftop overlooking Miami.

Best you can get in Brickell region. Nice and clean apartments, private parking place. Walking distance to downtown. Try to get your apartment facing east and you will have some amazing views from your room.

Made for a great stay, but not a hotel in the typical sense

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at One Broadway. The two-bedroom apartment was quite nice and spacious- equipped with a full kitchen. It had a balcony with a great view of the city, and the hotel was conveniently located in Brickell. In booking my stay, I found the administrative staff very accommodating and easy to work with.
One thing to note is that this is not a typical hotel. Rather, it is more of an apartment rental. The apartment was clean and nice, but while you are there, you are in charge of maintaining it (no maid service). We had to buy our own detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher and ended up having to buy extra toilet paper and paper towels in addition to what was provided. I'd imagine this makes the apartment prices less expensive, and I found the price quite reasonable.

Nice Apartment

Stayed for two nights prior to a cruise.
Fantastic two bedroom apartment on the 30th floor. With great views of Miami.

Apartment was spotless, beds huge and very comfy.
Plenty of space in the apartment.

Publix supermarket short stroll away. And small shop right beside the building.
Restaurants close, and Metromover a very short stroll away.

Great apartments , and we definitely stay again.

large apartment with complementary parking space

We, family of four (two teenagers) stayed here on our holiday and liked the location and view from our apartment at 26th floor. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms and bathrooms (one with double sink), kitchen and large living room. Beds were comfortable and very large for us used to european sizes. Kitchen had all things we needed for our breakfast, however the washing detergent for dish washer or toilet paper were not refilled. Apartment was not cleaned at all during our stay for five nights nor were the towels changed. So you can imagine how dirty the floor was even if we did used the small and very old vacuum cleaner!

The pool and gym located at the 9th floor, gym had basic equipments with several treadmills which we used in early mornings (we were only ones at the gym). The pool was not heated so the water was pretty cold, however the pool site was nice place to relax. What we liked a lot was a complementary parking space in the parking hall directly accessible from the main lobby. The valet parking guy was really helpful when we arrived after our overseas flight in the evening super tired with our rented car that we were not yet used to.

Overall a good place to stay over with family.
