Too much for so little

I dined here recently with high expectations. The place has a charm to it but beyond that, it was disappointing. The dishes that we ordered were ordinary and lacked flavor. Not the meal that we all expected.

Best Sunday Brunch I have ever been to
Reviewed 1 month ago

There is nothing they do not offer - 2 rooms of choices. Omelets, crepes, French toast, waffles, and all the breakfast foods and meats. Then the buffet with the best honey truffle fried boneless chicken, Mac and cheese, etc. large selection of cheeses, meats and crackers - the Brie was amazing. Off to the other room - Carving station with prime rib, ham, and turkey, 2 tables of seafood - crab legs, raw oysters, tuna tartar, shrimp, seaweed salad, clams, and more. Then of course the desserts are amazing also. But the best part is bottom less champagne and bloody Mary’s. It is $75 per person plus tax and tip but to worth it. You can stay for 2 1/2 hours.

Sunday brunch to die for.

The all you can eat Sunday Brunch is spectacular with a huge selection of everything imaginable and an endless flow of champagne. The dining surrounds are garden like and seating is possible in the garden itself.

A respite in a busy state

Sometimes life just gets so hectic that you want to find a place where you will feel relaxed and treated well. Sundy House is just that sort of place, whether you go there for a place to stay in one of their cottages, to wander through the delightful gardens, or just to enjoy a wonderful dinner among the trees, foliage and waterfalls.

Sundy House is reported to be the oldest house in Del Ray beach and it has all been updated to make it a viable destination.

Did I mention that the food served each night for dinner is wonderful?

This restaurant has been designated as one of the top 100 sunday brunch locations in the U.S.

Too expensive
Reviewed 2 months ago

Sundy House has a great atmosphere, very quaint with lots of greenery. It is an old house, really beautiful. The food is pretty good but not amazing. The prices are outrageous. It is a fun experience, but it is just too expensive. It is a buffet style restaurant, but even with a group of six people, we spent almost $600. I think it is worth it to go once, but probably not again.
