This trip was very relaxing… hotel nestled away on the bay in a quiet area which was exactly what we needed! Would probably stay here again. Beach walking distance, shops and restaurants close by. Great spot for what we wanted to do on our vacation. The pool and pool area could use updates and better maintenance. Thank you!

I stayed here for 3 nights last week in room 206 which was a one bedroom. I found the kitchen well equipped, the place was super clean and Fritz at the front desk was very helpful. Our TV worked just fine. I'm a bit confused by the bad reviews. It seems like we stayed at a completely different place.

THE ROOM - 109c: Bathroom vanity was so small we didn’t have any room to put our toiletries. We used the kitchen area to brush our teeth! However, directly across from the bathroom was a 5x7 foot room that was totally empty! No shelves, nothing! After entering the room with the luggage trolley I noticed a 4x6 inch hole in the drywall, b/c the door stop at the bottom was missing! I immediately took a picture to the front desk so I wouldn’t be charged. We pulled up the comforter on the bed and noticed an ink stain, another photo to the front desk, why does a guest have to do this? No cable TV, just sling tv, which took 45 minutes to figure out. THE OUTSIDE: Went to the pool and noticed sand and grass clippings along with a crack all around the inside perimeter and a section of tiles that were literally falling off into water. The cute little cabanas had a mattress with pillows. They were soaking wet and dirty. Grass was growing in along edges. No handicapped excess to the back! CHECKOUT: We checked out at 11:30 am and stopped to have lunch before getting on I-75 back to Naples, Fl. at 2:00. I left our toiletry bag behind, my bad. I received a phone call from my mother in law, who arranged our stay, at 3:00 to inform us about this. The hotel didn’t call b/c they never got my cell # to call me! When housekeeping found the bag and they called me immediately I could have retrieved it before we left! I had to spend 90 minutes at Fed Ex to open an account and send a shipping label for a mere $13! Finally after receiving an email with a picture of the package with the shipping label and a message stating that it was ready to be picked up, so I started to track the bag, only to find out the # was invalid! I was NOT told that I was responsible for scheduling a pick up. The manager Christopher was kind enough to have it picked. We received the package 11 days after checking out, in the meantime I spent over $250 to replace the items, again my bad. I’m now trying to get the 2 days reimbursed for my mother in law who feels terrible for booking the stay. They did take off the $20/night for parking. I have never had a crazier experience in my life!
