Great Place!
Reviewed 6 days ago

This was a great place! A bit of a language barrier with housekeeping but I muddled through. Front desk was extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. My apartment was spotless. Full kitchen provided everything you needed if you didn't want to eat out (Publix is less than 2 miles away and Winn Dixie is less than 3). Pool was small with limited seating but they have a Zen garden that had chaises to accommodate the overflow. I travel alone often and can say this was one of the most pleasurable trips. Hats off to the Quarzo!

Terrible experience - Never again..

We booked a two bedroom apt at a very expensive price for 5 nights. They gave us an dark apartment with all windows facing the garage. We complained, they said that this room was really not good but the Hotel was full. We asked to speak with the manager (a woman called Phoebe) several times, but she refused to even talk to us. This shows the care they have for its clients.. At the end we changed Hotel but they refuse to return the money we paid for the remaining nights

Fantastic stay!

I almost don’t want to provide a rating just to keep this place a secret. Great facilities, attentive staff and perfect location for someone who appreciates beautiful vistas and a close walk to the beach. I stayed with my wife and two young children. The rooms were quiet enough to both muffle outside noise as well as that from our young children.

Refused to cancel booking

I booked through a third party site for a business trip but my trip was cancelled. The third party and the hotel are refusing to refund me or offer a credit. If anyone needs a room for 1 night on January 18th, please contact me.

Very disappointing customer service.

More pros than cons
Reviewed 8 months ago

We had a mini family reunion in Miami and chose this place to stay. We got a 2 bed 2 bath room. Our stay was quite comfortable. This hotel is tucked in the corner and is 2 minutes walk to the beach. For a small fee you can get access to an umbrella 2 and beach chairs right on the beach. Our room also had a kitchen which came in handy with the kids. This place is a hybrid of airbnb and a hotel. There will be daily house keeping and front desk reception. They have nice chairs facing the bay. There was some construction happening near by but it didn't bother us at all.

Now for the cons - this place isn't maintained to its potential. The furniture / appliances had some wear. We would ask for bed linen to be changed and they didn't always do so. But a quick call to front desk would solve that. The swimming pool is very small.
