This is a wonderful hotel, easy to get everywhere. Lilian at the front check in was a Gem. She catered to our special needs and upgraded us so my elderly mom would not have to climb stairs. Rooms and pool are first rate

Hotel was clean, friendly staff Loved how there was a free shuttle to the down town Mallory square near Duval Street Over all good experience would definitely suggest this hotel to to friends and family

While it's not attached to old town they do offer a very friendly shuttle every hour and every half hour after 3 that takes you right to Mallory square! The rooms are modern and comfortable with many pillows on the bed! The walk in showers are very nice just no bathtub if you like baths. You can use the pool at the gates or the one at 24 north! Both are very nice! The pigs eye is a cute little foidvtruck that makes yummy food! You can order at the food truck or from the bar! The bartenders are friendly and the bar had daily specials and happy hours! The gates is part of rooster row which is a group of hotels on the same stretch of Roosevelt. The Gates also makes its own rum and often has a rum punch in the lobby! The staff is friendly and helpful and the place is squeaky clean! Need a morning coffee? Next door at 24 north you will find a whole Starbucks! The Gates is trendy, clean and friendly! Everything you need to enjoy the Keys!

20th Anniversary celebration. We stopped at the pool bar to hear the music and met the awesome bartender Brent who recommended a great drink and we also met a few locals sitting at the bar who gave us some great island tips. We can't wait to visit again on our next trip.
