How to Get There
My 17 year old daughter and I were there to celebrate her high school graduation. I am SO thankful I chose this resort! From the moment we walked into this clean, bright facility, we were welcomed like long lost friends. Ana checked us in and was SO sweet! Milan helped us with our bags and throughout the trip with help, guidance and was extremely kind. They ALL were, including checkout with Michael and Samoy, and through the stay, Jordan and Alex. We witnessed the front desk staffs patience and skill more than once by seeing some patrons complaining about the ocean smell, which no one could control. I know there were more ten members whom I didn’t write their names of, (I’m sorry), but the owners should be incredibly proud of their staff. Karen at the Concierge desk was top notch also.
At first, we were placed in a smaller, darker room and were then upgraded to the Oceanside with a balcony. It was exquisite! The water looked beautiful And we loved our spacious room.
The pools were great and we loved the live music on the last day. The standard pool music was a bit slow and many people commented that we needed good pool bar music! We had an absolutely incredibly memorable time!
This facility and the staff made our special mom and daughter trip just priceless and we are so grateful!
We cannot wait to go back.
Thank you all!
Loved staying at the Southernmost beach resort. Service here is 5 Star and would gladly give them more! Outstanding check in procedures Milan,Samoy,Jordan,Beka and Sasha so professional! Gorgeous room overlooking the pier! All pools were excellent. Food at Southernmost caffe was delicious with great service from Aza. This is a wonderful family resort. It is not cheap, but we found it worth every penny we spent. Will come back for sure. Highly recommended!!
The location is perfect, room was beautiful, 3 pools, 3 bars and lots of activities. Great service and the most friendliest staff i have ever met. Sasha the bellman, Beka and Anna at the front desk, Daniel at the pool, Heather at the bar and everyone else made our saty unforgettable, super service. We will be back next year and bringing friends with us.
We booked an oceanfront room for a few days. I would say that the walk up appeal of this room is pretty mediocre. The most
striking finding was the horrible smell which is from the Sargassum seaweed that is washed up on the shore on that part of the island. I know that the resort can’t do much about it but it certainly made our stay unpleasant. Imagine not wanting to go out onto the balcony of your oceanfront room. Certainly the beaches are not usable and the smell really permeates the majority of the resorts outdoor spaces. We actually left after the first night, accepting a significant penalty fee so we could stay on the other side of the island.
I would say that the room was very nice, modern, and very clean. In another circumstance I’m sure we would’ve had a fine stay.
We stopped in for lunch on Thursday. Patrick was our server. He was so pleasant and anticipated all of our needs. We enjoyed our suggested appetizer, stuffed tuna avocado... he also suggested the blue lagoon... heavenly! We will definitely return and ask for him!
