Perfect location, excellent service, and perfectly stylish.

Like a previous reviewer, I think I could also move into this hotel. We stayed in a Lux room which was large and comfortable and bright. The hotel's history is interesting and its conversion from its prior uses was done thoughtfully. Breakfast was enormous, full of variety and delicious with a chance to try several Finnish specialties. The location in the Design District, close to shopping and sights is excellent.

Delightful hotel - could move in here!

About to check out after three nights here. I was a little worried in advance that it might be a little too stylish for our young family. However, while being extremely stylish, it was also fabulous for the family. Great service abounded - from the front desk to the restaurant. It's in a handy location, it looks great, and it has the X factor. I had lost luggage and the team here were so empathetic and skilled at assisting (thanks Sanna and others). Our room (252) is great with kids - can separate well and the curtains shut out light well in mid-summer. This is a fabulous place with a brilliant team, in what is now one of my favourite small cities in Europe.

Nice hotel, good location

Stayed for three nights from Monday to Thursday. First time here, tried to book Hotel Fabian but it was full booked, so I ended up staying here. It turned out to be a succesful decision.

Despite the little hiccup at check-in my stay was very pleasant. Everything was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The room (junior suite) was nice and spacious and facing the courtyard as requested, so my peace and quiet was granted. I slept like a baby every night and enjoyed the nice breakfast with cold and warm dishes. Hot beverages were served by order. The staff at the breakfast room was very helpful and friendly. The front desk service was somewhat neutral, nothing special but on the other hand I didn’t have any special requests.

The hotel is located by a quiet street but is still at a walking distance from many interesting spots and shopping areas. Lots of good restaurants nearby for drinks or dinner. Seashore is also only a short distance away.

I definitely would recommend this nice hotel.
