Stunning Riad
lovethatview

Stunning Moroccan design throughout this meticulously restored historic riad. Only seven rooms so you feel like a guest in someone's beautiful home. Our huge room was incredible - with many interesting elements, like an array of hanging lanterns. Definitely not cookie-cutter hotel rooms. Don't miss the roof terrace with its panoramic view of ancient Fes and comfy couches beneath a pergola, with an large array of potted plants making it seem like a garden. (Up a few more stairs, there's also an actual kitchen garden up there as well as a succulents garden - it's quite astonishing.) To note, you'll likely need to be escorted in from the street, as it is situated down several twisting alleyways. And at night, it is recommended that someone tescort you in and out (we preferred to stay in and eat dinner in the hotel). Staff is quite young but eager to assist.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Reserve dinner in advance!

We loved the hotel, rooms and staff is great! The Hammam was very relaxing and a great experience for us...
We were warned we needed to reserve dinner before 5pm but since we were out exploring the Medina we missed the reservation time... we got to the hotel at 6 pm hoping the staff would be do something to help us out... they said the chef wouldn’t help us out... not the attention we would expect after all the good things we enjoyed in the riad.
And yes... the wifi is terrible.

Wonderful road with fantastic staff. The rooms are beautiful with private terraces, the rooftop gives you breathtaking views of Fes. Very upscale with an excellent chef Otmane, servers Nada and Omare are superb at their jobs, very friendly and Brahim at the front dest is professional and accommodating and warm. I would highly suggest this riad when visiting Fes.
