The rooms are spotless with the housekeeping attending to you every day, the mini fridge is refilled daily with branded drinks and chocolate.
The ground are immaculate and there is never any litter.
The hotel staff and Entertainment crew all give 100% Batuhan teaching Yoga & Sasha teaching archery were patient and give their own time to go the extra mile. ( thanks guys). The bars staff (Sedat) and all of the others are always happy and helpful.
In the two weeks we were there i never once saw a member of staff that wasn't smiling.

This was our first time all inclusive in Turkey and will probably be one of our top choice hotels across Europe.
Very clean, loads of little extra touches, food and entertainment both varied and something for everyone. No shortage of space to chill out in the sun and be pampered by staff.

I was suggested this hotel by my friend who was very happy and stayed at Xanadu with his spouse and a child. It was a little surprise to me since I did not expected such a wonderful place. Very clean, very polite, exceptional service at the restaurant, pool area, beach bars....
Woods around the hotel make this place even more beautiful. Hammam, closed pool, two saunas one of them bio made my stay here great. Wi-Fi very strong even ny the shore.

A total reversal

We have recently returned from our 16th return visit to Xanadu and overall the holiday
was fantastic.,I have criticised this hotel in the past, but this year it has excelled.
We would have awarded 5 stars but the incessant screaming by children and crying
babies took the gloss off the holiday. When we first visited Xanadu it was mainly for couples but the new owners in their wisdom decided to make it a family friendly hotel, which it certainly is, but to the detriment of couples. We used to have annual ga the ru of 12 of us from all over western europe, we are the only couple who now return.
It cannot be right that people who pay 20 euros per couple for an a la carte meal have
ambience of the evening ruined by screaming children in the adjacent Buffet restaurant. However that was our only main complaint, the other niggle being guests in the lobby bar in swim wear, no shirts, beinbg served drinks at the bar.Where in London, New York, Paris or Rome would this be tolerated at a High Class hotel. Pl;ease enforce the rules.
That all said the service and attention to us was impeccable. We should like to commend some members of staff who helped to make our stay so enjoyable.
Sadat bar, Murat Asst. front desk manager,Fatma watress, Rosa, Razzi housekeeping
Yulia guest relations supervisor, Irena and her Polish colleague {whose name I forget{ both on guest relations, Bonhu restaurant supervisor and finally Ibiharim of the chefs dept. who made sure my wife had her avacado at breakfast.
