How to Get There
We decided to go to Alpenpalace for our honeymoon this summer and it was a great decision. They put a lot of thought and effort in to the details provided for us and we felt really valued. The facilities are great and all the staff are very friendly. We would especially recommend the romance package for any couples that are considering staying at Alpenpalace as the services provided made our trip extra special.
We spent three nights at the Alpenpalace hotel. What a lovely gem of a hotel this was. It is a smaller hotel with about 60 rooms. The staff were very friendly from start to finish. This hotel has a beautiful pool, sauna and spa area. Everything was immaculate and luxurious. Dinner was a delight and especially nice was their willingness to accommodate gluten free dietary needs. We went on the mountain hike with the hotel guide and borrowed E-mountain bikes too! All in all the absolutely perfect get away. We will definitely be back!!!
We spend two nights in this wonderful spa hotel with friends; for the warm welcome at the reception, the friendly congierge and the excellent dinner service everything was top. There are several saunas, whirlpool in the garden, heated swimmingpool so many other things you can do and relax in wonderful garden.
The food was very good, breakfast so much choices and good quality. The only improvement for this wonderful hotel is the chambermaid, we had no water in our room on the first night, no tissues has been filled, used beauty product was not replaced, lack of sanitary plastic bags, for a 5 stars we expected more. But that is easily to improve, otherwise we were very satisfied.
I spent a wonderful week here with my family. Not only the staff is super friendly, professional and helpful but also the location is beautiful and the spa is ideal after a cold day outside. The main problem is that the food is too good, which can be problematic for food addicted:)
For those who love skying, the hotel offer a shuttle service to the ski slopes.
The Alpenpalace is without question one of the best hotels that I have been to. What sets it apart is the effort that it makes to anticipate the guest's needs. You can see this in the design of the (relatively new) hotel building: the guest rooms are tastefully furnished and well-equipped and the public rooms have a feeling of space and comfort. But most tellingly you see it in the attitude of the staff; any question or request brings a prompt and helpful response from the friendly and efficient team.
The hotel stands in a beautiful valley, surrounded by spectacular views. It is not close to any major airport, which makes access an issue. We were collected and returned to Innsbruck Airport in the hotel car in just under two hours. This arrangement worked well and a at a fair price, and because we happened to visit in unseasonably good weather we were not handicapped by lack of a car during our stay.
Finally a word about the food. It was consistently good, but the hotel's pastry chefs are amazing. I do not usually eat desserts, but it would take a will of iron to resist the flow of cakes, desserts and other sweet things which emerge from the kitchen. If you want to experience pastry cooking at its best, forget Bake-off and go to the Alpenpalace.
