How to Get There
Now I know why this "5-Star" hotel was so much less money than the others! Better to pay the extra than waste it on this hotel. It was SO disappointing! If it had a lower rating and didn't boast so much it would be ok. The rooms were very outdated and only just ok clean. The bathroom was not a place I really wanted to clean myself. The food was sub-par. Really lacked in every regard and the coffee was undrinkable. Staff was ok but nothing super. They looked a bit overworked except for the housekeeping staff that smoked right out by the stairs where everyone could see them. The beach was lovely! But one could visit the beach without staying at this sad excuse of a "luxury hotel". I will take my business elsewhere.
Myself and my partner returned here for a 5-Nt stay just over a week ago. We were once again lucky enough to receive a free Sea View room upgrade, was the exact same room we stayed in on our fist visit which was a nice touch.
We found the food to be quite limited this time around, and the queue was just crazy at certain times of the evening. The introdctuion of self service drinks pumps was a god send.
The entertaiment we felt was very poor, I'm not sure if it was because it was toward the end of the season but we are still paying customers and expected better.
Sad to say we probably won't return for a third time, mainly due to the lack of food choice and a lack of evening entertainment. The check out process just topped it off as we were not asked how our stay was etc...just a lady saying "20 euros" before carrying on with whatever she was doing.
Beautiful, quiet, and relaxing remote location. Most staff really friendly, particularly the restaurant and bar staff. Varied, tasty menu and well worth the upgrade to all inclusive. Great beach facilities. Room had beautiful view, but rather tired and dated. Photos of website must be of new or newly refurbished rooms. Ours had walls affected by damp and bathroom had cracked tiles. Position of showerhead over bath very impractical, i.e. perpendicular to bath and right next to small window. Window needed to be kept open for ventilation, but because it opened inwards, we had to bend and lean to the side to shower!
We would still go back again as we had a great holiday and the hotel is luxurious, but the rooms need upgrading.
