Modern design at its best, this boutique bolthole minutes from the Aegean Sea has enough glossy aesthetics to clinch the deal for style-seekers. The location is truly gorgeous; in the picture-perfect village of Lindos that’s all car-free cobbled streets, whitewashed houses, cosy little restaurants, and a rather famous acropolis set on a hillside over 100 metres high.
Following a recent refurb, all of the 21 modern guest rooms assure ultra-chic décor; think lashings of whites and creams, beamed ceilings, and statement-making artworks. Sunny days can be spent sipping ice-cold cocktails on the Sky Bar Terrace, hitting the golden sands at the nearby beach, and taking fun donkey rides in the lovely town. Best of all, you’ll be just an hour’s drive from the island capital of Rhodes Town where historic highlights include the Palace of the Grand Master (also known as the Kastello) and the fabulous Street of the Knights.
How to Get There
Just spent 4 nights at the Comfy Suites. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Fab views from the sky bar. Very “comfy” 😄A little bit of a hike up from Lindos village. A tip for the ladies. Only bring flat shoes.
Lindos Comfy Suites is about an hour away by taxi/bus from the port of Rhodes. The place has a panoramic view of the Acropolis/Bay of St Pauls. Accomodation was modern/clean and bathroom amenities were superb. The staff were helpful with our luggage and gave us the room with a new view of the sea. Upon arrival, we were also pleasantly surprised with a welcome drink on their patio. Sunset on their patio is highly recommended. Special mention to Eleni (manager) and the barman! Two thumbs up!
We stayed here for a week and highly recommend it (as does everyone else, by the look of it on TA).
It’s a simple, mid-price hotel/apartment but really punches above its weight. We were planning to stay at the Lindos Blu as it has a private beach but it was sold out. So pleased we stayed here instead- far better location and half the price.
You are 5 mins from great restaurants and bars and walking distance to the beaches. Rooms are clean and stylish. Great shower and comfy bed.
Lots of small touches like velcro window covers to block the sun out make a real difference. Eleni and Giannis both amazing hosts. They acted as concierges by booking taxis and helping with bags etc. Views stunning and terrace was v chilled.
No significant downsides tbh - on a hill (as is the whole of Lindos) so not suitable for children or the infirm, air conditioning unit has v bright lights which woke us up each night. Breakfast ok.
We will definitely stay here again and can’t imagine a better place to stay in Lindos.
Linda's Comfy Suites is easy to find. It's about a one hour drive from Rhodes town. It's location provides unbelievable views of Lindos village and the Acropolis. It's a short walk to beaches and restaurants but the walk is uphill coming back to the hotel. The room we booked was comfortable and clean. But the real story here is the customer service provider by all the staff from the manager to the room cleaners and Giannis the bartender and all round helpful guy. You will not be disappointed if you go to Lindos Comfy Suites. Try and be there on a full moon, the view from the rooftop bar is spectacular!
We stayed for a week at Lindos Comfy Suites in an Economy Double Room and throughly enjoyed our time here! The beds are so comfortable, no sleep issues here maybe only that we slept too long. The hotel is quiet and serene situated above a sometimes hectic Lindos. The Bar/Breakfast area has fabulous views over Lindos to the Acropolis. The pictures on the website are great but once there you appreciate how special this hotel and its situation is.
Eleni and staff were all very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We definitely want to return to this fabulous place.
