How to Get There
First the good bits
Excellent grounds looks amazing
Food there are some good options most nights
On the whole staff are very friendly and helpful apart from the Supermarket ones who are very rude especially if you have no change
But unfortunately it is all let down by the way that the hotel is geared up to keep especially the Russians happy as well as the Germans
This is proved by the fact that the only English T. V channel that is English speaking is a news channel
And it clearly states on your website that sunbeds are not to be reserved but when I brought it to your attention because it was a Russian I was told that there are plenty of others available in other parts of the complex
We stayed from 10th june 2018 until today at the creta panorama. The staff were great from the start (a nice welcome awaits) to finish (we were delayed by nearly 12 hrs and didn’t find out until the coach arrived and we were told we would be remaining at the hotel and the reception staff and their manager gave us new all inclusive bands and helped us get hold of the rep with no issues). They helped arrange a number of surprises for my dads birthday while we were away. The animation team were brilliant and made the hotel a fun place to be but equally there were quiet pools to get away from it all. The food was really nice and a good selection of all inclusive drinks. The pool areas were lovely and there were plenty of activities.
My only slight criticisms were the toilet flushes in the main hotel rooms were really noisy so you could hear other rooms flushing in the night and the towel hut with all the equpment like table tennis bats shut too early at 5pm.
However these are minor niggles and the hotel comes highly recommended from me. Keep up the good work for employing such great friendly staff in all areas of the hotel.
This is the 5th time at this hotel so clearly we love it this time we were there for 10days and friends came out for 7 they were so impressed with the selection of food as were we the chefs do a wonderful job our friends also commented on the friendliness of the staff which is so true everyone has a smile for you and a few words the hotel itself is 22years old and yet again I must mention how well looked after and loved this hotel is .we were having a drink of water at the small pool at the end of the grounds when the hotel managers stopped to ask if we were enjoying our holiday we said we were very much and that it was the 5th time there he was surprised that he didn’t recognise us but anyway the next night when we went up to our room for the night there was a bottle of bubbly and chocolate dipped strawberry’s as a thank you for returning so thank you for that it was very much appreciated we also appreciated the cocktail party for returning guests a nice touch, the cleanliness of the hotel is of a very high standard and the grounds are a credit to you but I can’t leave without saying a big thank you to the lovely Maria at the pool she is lovely so friendly always smiling and our other favourite is yanis in the lobby bar as soon as we walked in he remembered us he calls my husband his brother we have recommended this hotel and our neighbours are there just now he messaged me and said This is an amazing place which says it all really the only thing that lets the hotel down and I think quite badly is the facilities for showering if you have a late flight the fact we have to be out the room by 12 o clock is fine it’s no bother what we do is go up after breakfast pack check out put our cases in the locker room and enjoy the facilities of the hotel for another full day then around 5 30 go and have a shower and be ready for the resturaunt opening at 6 30 have our last lovely meal then get picked up at 7pm happy days the best show in my opinion was the ABBA night although they were all good so well done EVERYONE keep up the good work and we will see you all next year x
Our first time to Greece and this hotel and its staff have certainly persuaded us to return. So happy that we found the Crete Panorama. The staff in all areas from Reception, Bars, Restaurants and Entertainment are fabulous and very genuine. The holiday was a last minute extra holiday for us but we still had a criteria list for our holiday......All Inclusive, hot weather, short flight, quality food and evening entertainment. This hotel ticked everything and we absolutely weren’t disappointed. For us it’s the perfect hotel for a week away. Cannot speak highly enough of it and as I say we’ll certainly return. Top marks all round. (The only slight down side was the salt water pools...just wish we’d known before we went as we’d have taken goggles). PS: Views and sunset to die for!!!
Everything about this hotel was just wonderful. We were on the ‘all inclusive’ package, which helped. The salt water swimming pools were magic. The food was superb, with fresh fish available for lunch and dinner - everyday. The choice was wide and once a week we had an a la carte waiter service - rather than the buffet.
