Amazing place

How lucky we have had 10 marvellous days at this beautiful hotel. It is in a very quiet area and it is all but impossible to get a taxi to take you out and about but car hire is very reasonable and there are fabulous beaches to visit in the area. The hotel has a number of Al a Carte restaurants as well as the buffet and the food is always of a very high standard. The chefs are so helpful especially Yannis and the waiters so cheerful and helpful especially Vladimir. Katerina, the Operations Manager looked after us so well and ensured our entire visit was memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return.

Lovely Greek destination

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one week in June. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly man, who speedily checked us in. We stayed in a sea view bungalow which was very spacious, offering plenty of storage space and a large bathroom. The facilities at the hotel were very good, with two decent sized pools and no shortage of sun loungers. However, one criticism would be the lack of enforcement of the "no reserving loungers policy".

We stayed bed and breakfast, and were overall happy that we chose this option, as there are so many great restaurants a 20-30min drive from the hotel. We did eat at the sea-front hotel on our last night, and the food was very good, as was the service. Breakfast was good too, but the service wasn't excellent (we waited quite a long time on a few days to order juices/coffees, and for plates to be cleared).

We had one issue with the colour of the bathwater - it was green! We contacted reception on a number of occasions about this problem. It seemed that nothing was being done about this until on the fourth day we came back to complimentary sparkling wine and fruit. This was a very nice gesture, however it would've been great to have had some better communication about our bath issue beforehand.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly (shoutout to Katerina and the lady whose name I've forgotten who served the crepes at breakfast). The hotel is pretty remote, so in my opinion the hiring of a car is a must. That being said, we're glad that we chose the south of Rhodes as it's far less commercialised in comparison to the north.

Thank you for our great stay. We would definitely stay here again.
