Beautiful tranquil friendly
Reviewed 4 days ago

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, tranquil surroundings, stunning vistas, great food. So chilled and so relaxing. Was privileged enough to have a sea view with a private pool but seeing all the other accommodation I would have enjoyed this just as much.

Just one suggestion to provide ice machines near the rooms.

Temperatures 24-29 degrees celsius beginning of May and cost was very reasonable. Will definitely return.

Luxurious relaxation.

Returned a few days ago following a weeks stay at this beautiful hotel. My wife and I were a little bit worried that we would get frustrated being so far from anything else (the hotel is just over an hour from the airport and literally in the middle of nowhere!) as we normally wouldn’t do this sort of holiday, but it was just what we needed! If you feel like a break that involves relaxation and pampering in a luxurious environment then this is the place to go.
Katrina, the operations manager has been mentioned many times in previous reviews but she really does go out of her way to ensure your holiday is as good as it can possibly be. We were very lucky to be upgraded to one of the bungalows near the beach with its own pool. Totally private and very spacious. Luxurious toiletries in plentiful supply, fresh sheets, towels and beach towels daily, a kettle and coffee machine as well as the usual mini bar and safe etc.
We stayed half board and didn’t really need anything else as the breakfasts had anything you could need and the evening buffet was good quality with a huge selection of dishes. Having stayed in similar hotels, l would go as far to say the food was probably the best in this type of setting that we have experienced.
All of the staff were super friendly and appeared to genuinely want you to have a good time.
The only, slightly negative observations, were the evening entertainment which was a little quiet (not the hotels fault though!) and to use the spa facilities you have to take your gowns and towels from the room as they are not provided.
Overall a 5 star experience we thoroughly enjoyed and may be very tempted to repeat! Thank you Atrium Prestge you deserve all of the positive reviews that have been submitted.

Excellent Spa

Could not fault this resort in any way, really pleasant with excellent views, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice, especially the spa staff.

A sybaritic life

Luxury and peace and quiet comes as standard. Those with a private pool hardly need to venture outside their room except for a relaxing massage and to gorge on the wide array of foods available at breakfast and dinner. Staff at all levels say hello, usually with a big smile, whenever you meet them on your travels. The magic ingredient in all this is Katerina, the Operations Manager, whose attention to detail ensures the whole complex runs like clockwork although I am sure a huge amount of effort goes on behind the scenes. She is ably assisted by others such as Albina & Rania who guide you to your table each morning and night. Booking direct with the hotel can save you money and bookings of 7 days and over will get you a private cab from the airport rather than sharing transport that can double the journey time to nearer 3 hours. We went for our Wedding Anniversary and on the due date, Katerina arranged for a cake and a bottle of champagne - perhaps best not to count the calories as you relax in your pool! We have not found another hotel to match this one for total indulgence - the sun beds are really superb. Perhaps the only thing Katerina can’t control is the weather, it can be quite windy at times, but I’m sure she is working on that!

Beautiful location for our honeymoon, amazing service from friendly staff

We have had an amazing week here for our honeymoon. We were greeted with a glass of bubbly on check in and taken to our room by golf buggy.
Katerina, the operations manager, made our stay. She has been so thoughtful and generous in treating us well and ensuring we have the best of stays. We received a welcome basket of fruit and bottle of bubbly in our room on arrival, and a talented artist had decorated the bed with rose petals and towel swans ... it was a shame to dismantle it!
We loved having our own private pool. Katerina had selected us a room that was discreetly set to the side of the hotel but easily accessible from the restaurant and spa. So thoughtful!
We were full board so took our meals in the main restaurant- the buffet was different every day so there was no chance of getting bored! The food was fresh, hot, and beautiful. It wasn’t just run of the mill chicken and rice but there were all types of fish and meats ... anything you could wish for. My husband was delighted to see mussels there on our last night!
We hired a car from the company that have a desk in reception - this was great value and enabled us to explore a little of the island at our own pace.
Thank you so so so much! We have had the best of times with you!
