How to Get There
The rooms are very comfortable, the hotel in general is immaculatej and the staff , more or less without exception are excellent. The only thing that I think lets the hotel down is food in the main restaurant, it is at best somewhat average. The breakfast are very good but the dinner buffet should be better. The interior of the main restaurant lacks any atmosphere and is a bit like a large, noisy cafeteria.
The hotel is isolated but car hire isn't expensive and available in the hotel lobby.
Smoking appears to be allowed at tables on the restaurant's terrace that whilst partly open to the elements this is unacceptable when the tables are very closely located and should be stopped.
What else. Everything already written in the other comments.
Just plan an important budget for the drinks, as you must pay all the drinks, even with the buffet. Bottle of water starts at 6€., and other local drinks in the same range of price.
At the end of your stay, several hundred euros are cumulated just to drink...
Staff is really professional and clever.
Looks like paradise, even if I do not know if water is so expensive...
A piece of paradise with birds singing, several swimmimg pools, the sea, nice food and an amazing manager Katerina who will do anything for you to spend the best time ever. I highly recommend the place, especially if you have children, there is a mini club with 2 entertainers for children. Everything is made fo you to relax and be happy. The Spa, is great too. The staff is so smiling and helpful. A pure dream.
I would rate this hotel and my experience 20 stars out of 5 if I could. It was one of the grandest and most beautiful hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in without a pretentious, stiff or stuffy vibe.
I went on a girls trip with my friends. It happened to be one of their birthdays the day before, so I emailed atrium prestige to see if they can possibly decorate the room with balloons and have a bottle of champagne, possibly cake waiting for her. The operations manager was fantastic! She did such a brilliant job of decorating the room and making friend feel special I could have cried. Then she really looked after us so well from beginning to end certainly exceeding her job to ensure we got the best treatment and experience of Rhodes.
The breakfast was INCREDIBLE. There is something there for everyone and anyone. I really enjoyed the pancakes and waffles, and the spread of fruit was sweet, fresh and perfect every day. And it was always nice to eat breakfast next to the sea and sunrise as well.
I can actually go on and on forever, but I would highly recommend and would love to go back and bring my mum, or do a romantic break away there.
P.s if you are going to book you MUST go for the sea view. We were upgraded when we arrived and I can't explain how amazing it was overlooking the water all times of night.
We have just returned from the most amazing stay here.
The hotels location is just perfect for a relaxing getaway and has the most beautiful views from every part of the complex. We booked a junior suite with sea views and we were not disappointed, the room was absolutely immaculate. I had emailed ahead to organise a bottle of bubbly in the room on arrival and Katerina (operations manager) sent through the wine list for me to choose. I had explained it was our anniversary and when we arrived there was the bubbly but also a beautiful cake and rose petals over the bed.
We have never been to a hotel with such amazing, happy staff that just bend over backwards to accommodate your every need. Nikos at the pool bar was just the nicest barman we have every come across, he gave lots of tips on were to go and what to see. Again Irene in reception was just brilliant from check in to helping us move rooms when we had a slight issue (nothing to do with hotel).
I can’t recommend this hotel enough & we will certainly be back.
