Great location.
Reviewed 1 day ago

We have stayed many times at this hotel in the past because of its central location although it was about 8/10 years ago. Checking in was fine and a really helpful young man. We had originally booked a standard room with breakfast but decided to upgrade. The room was still very basic , bath shower really poor and small.Had a problem with the 2 joined single beds which kept moving. I would hate to think what the standard room was like? One great thing we remember from previous visits was the excellent breakfast. Sadly the breakfast now was terrible ,very little choice , food slow to be re stocked, had to cook your own eggs etc(not worth the bother) . Tables slow to be cleared or re set.Woman organising breakfast not sociable .Wifi was not secure. When we were checking out they tried to charge us again for breakfast. This is a shame as the location is great and breakfast was excellent in the past. Do not think we will return to this hotel.

Super location

Super location, just a few steps from the OLd Town Square and also 15 min walk from main train station. The room was quite small and modern in the same time. Breakfast - great choice of food. We arrived quite late and still received drinks to relax after journey. Staff really nice and helpful.

Very poor

Room we were put in was so small the bathroom door hit the bed (314) when opened so asked for another room which was larger but should never have been put in the original one in the first place.
Rooms are really tired and need renovating, walls have cracks- generally a very tired and crappy place to stay. Noise from the street below was happening all night so didn’t sleep and rooms are hot and stuffy. Avoid it unless you’re happy to stay in a 2 star hotel.

Centre of the City

Hidden just off the Main Street and only a 10 minute walk with you case from the railway station, this hotel is charming as is Lille.
The only downside we experienced was that the room was very hot at night due to the type of air conditioning.
The staff are very helpful and provide assistance to find the tourist spots.

Perfectly placed and great breakfast

Stayed for two nice, hotel 10 minute walk from the train station and located right in the centre of lille. We had a twin room, had everything we needed including a wardrobe each! A lovely little balcony. Beds comfortable and everything was clean. Bathroom had everything needed. Breakfast had a good selection with fab scrambled eggs! The concierge were very helpful recommending restaurants for our two evenings. Definitely would recommend
