What We Love
- Panoramic view of Cape Kiti from the rooftop Sky Lounge
- Eden Spa’s use of natural Cypriot products – honey and sea salt body rub, anyone?
- Watching chefs prepare souvlaki with lemon in the open kitchen of the Franke Restaurant
- The drama and contemporary design of the reception hall and guestrooms
- Chilling over a midday brandy sour on the waterfront Beach Bar terrace

How to Get There
I'm disabled so needed a disabled room. There were handles, but the one thing that was missing is a seat under the shower for the disabled.
Other than that, the hotel was quiet, clean, and very well presented. The pool and outside area are lovely with some nice furniture for couples. This is not an expensive place, so don't expect 5 star facilities. However we enjoyed our stay.
We chose the hotel to have a rest after an evening flight. To our pleasure it is so much more than just a transit airport hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The delicious buffet breakfast included hot, cold dishes, deserts, salads, fruit and vegetables. And a variety of drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 200 meters from the hotel one can find a lovely sandy quiet beach. The whole area was so serene and quiet. You would not thin the airport is only about 4 kilometers away.
We came to Chypre to kiresurf
Pervolia is the closest village from the kite surf schools
We did not want to book a room because of the bad reviews (which we usually rate more than the good ones. Important to see when people complain)
We have been shocked, in a very positive way, when we arrived. The hotel is luxurious, spotless clean. Staff is very professional. We met with Chistophos at reception. We told him that we cannot book a room before we see it, due to the bad reviews we read. Instead of being offended he kindly ask someone to show us the rooms. We finally took the villa. It is highly recommended. There is a jacuzzi in the room. And a private pool and a garden outside (on top of the communal pool of the hotel)
We asked why there were bad reviews. We understood when we met with the new general manager, Antonis, who just joined and is working like crazy to make his hotel a proper 4 stars. He succeeded in it. It is a beautiful 4 stars boutique hotel
Well done to the general manager and the team
We highly recommend this hotel
