DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, Dont book through !!!!!LOVE HOILDAYS!!!!’ they really don’t care, Only when you make the booking 4 months in advance to find the hotel don’t have any details of are stay for 20 Nights!!! The hotel where do I start. Water leaks in the main lobby! I said to the lady behind the desk you have a leak coming through the ceiling an I nearly just slipped as there a massive puddle of water on the floors she’s reply’s “Why” As well as mouldy walls in the bedroom a hot English breakfast, Which is actually cold an serves broccoli with fried vegetables for breakfast what’s also cold at 7 AM in the morning when it opens! Cake along with mini donuts what are stale from the previous days. Who ever took the photos of the restaurant is out of date an was from the previous owner who made it a 4 star hotel, now it would be lucky to make a 2 star.

beautiful interior decor/ great pool.

The hotel has the most beautiful interior decor very calm and spa like. As others have said the rooms are a bit dated but perfectly adequate and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine with all the choices you would expect. We had lunch a couple of times and this was also really good and reasonably priced. You really need a car at this location as the local beach is not great and not a shop in site!. A taxi to Larnaca was £20 euros in the evening. The pool and surrounding area and grounds were extremely well kept. All in all
very relaxing stay for my Birthday with my adult daughter.

Poor Customer service
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

We went for three days in Cyprus and stayed in E-hotel. The room, the common areas and swimming pool were fine plus the breakfast was good. The customer service was very poor especially with the employees in the reception. They were not friendly and they didn’t say thank you and Goodbye when I left the room card key with them. Too bad guys, this attitude is not nice when you are receptionist in a hotel.

The most relaxing week in the sun

This hotel is well worth a visit. It's set in s quiet residential area not far from Larnaka and by the sea. I would say that the rooms are a tad tired but the welcome we received from the friendly staff was exceptional. They could not do enough for us and made our stay memorable. This was our first time in Cyprus and we cannot wait to go back there. The weather was great the the food was very good. I am a vegetarian and always found a good choice at meal times. We have travelled widely and err on the side of luxury but his hotel is a real find. We absolutely loved the whole experience and would not hesitate to recommend it.

We will not be back!

I travelled to Cyprus with my cousin for a week's stay at the e-hotel. This Hotel is rated as a 4star Hotel - it was more like a 2/3star!

Staff - I have to say that (apart from the two very miserable - bordering on rude - older members of the Housekeeping Team) the staff were lovely, very helpful, cheerful and very obliging. Special mention must go the Yannis and Florentyna in the restaurant/bar who were especially lovely. The Staff are the only reason I give the Hotel 2 stars.

Bedrooms - very shabby...definitely need updating tho the beds were very comfortable. There is only a Juliette-style balcony so it's not possible to sit out on it and there was a huge, immovable sofa right across the sliding patio doorway.

Bathrooms - very tired and not very well cleaned by the afore-mentioned grumpy Housekeeping staff. On one occasion I got back to my room, the bed had been poorly made, two days worth of glasses, bottles etc still remained in the room (the cleaners hadn't bothered to take them away), the floor had not been vacuumed and in the bathroom - there was only one towel (no hand towels and no slip towel)...on the same day in my cousin's room...her bins had not been emptied.

Food - most days the food was not good...the breakfasts are buffet-style with very little choice....we had to constantly ask for cutlery/cups/water/tea-bags etc to be replenished. We had gone half board which was a mistake as most of the evening meals were not good...on one occasion we ordered the Calamari and fries...the Calamari was overcooked and the fries were almost raw...we sent it back and chose the chicken dish which was not much better. The only thing that was very nice was the Club sandwich.

Location - the cocktail patio overlooked a roundabout! I think the Hotel was in a residential area...it took us 10-15 mins each way, each day to go into Larnaca (40euro each day by taxi)...there is absolutely nothing to see or do in the location (tho we could see the sea in the distance from our rooms).

The Pool and Jacuzzi - there were many chipped and broken tiles around the pool and for some reason the Jacuzzi was on a timer???? It was not possible to climb into the Jacuzzi and switch it on...you had to wait for the timer...don't understand why!

Spa - although we both had lovely back massages...we found it strange there was no medical questionnaire to fill out...any Spa I have ever been to before have always required a medical history.
