Shambolic just shut it down
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Well where do I start?

We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and within 5 mins of viewing our room there was a problem, the bed sheet was dirty and had blood on it!! We decided to call reception and 2 women care up and were incredibly rude, they said it wasn’t their fault that it was dirty, I’m not bothered just clean it! They begin to clean and change cover then one women takes a phone call, that is extremely rude!!

The walls were incredibly thin so I could hear everything from the other rooms.

A health hazard, the marble steps were chipped and broken and I numerously tripped over.

Breakfast was poor, lack of selection and variety and waiters were moody and rude.

The swimming pools was dirty and as the tiles were stone they were chipped and sharp.

The hydro tub required a key from the lifeguard to turn on who wasn’t there everyday.

It took 20 minutes for a bowl of chips to arrive which is pathetic.

Then it gets worse...

My family decide to play some ball in the garden when my kid steps into a puddle, this puddle isn’t water, it’s poo! Yes, poo! The hose which carries the poo is deposited into the garden, how rude and revolting!

We then decide to walk back to the pool and then my son trips over due to the pool drain collapsing and cutting his foot causing blood, this faulty drain is on the left of the pool in between the hotel and hydro tub.

This hotel is awful please don’t go here, save your money!!

A perfect quiet village by the sandy beach
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

The village is flat and long with what is good for a sandy beach in Cyprus. No rocks but not white soft sands either. Stayed at E hotel and spa, it was full of nonsense in comparison to the promise on the website. Poetic license really taken liberties. You can see the beach for the hotel, but that’s not to say you are near it. The rooms are very dated with broken tiles and worn carpet rugs. Staff are wonderful and brave trying to point out the positives.
Food not good, breakfast same every day, no imagination. The Spa, well!!

Average room

We stayed here 3 nights as part of a large group.
The lobby is modern and spacious. The room , on the other hand, was a bit worn out, very simple and quite minimal.
The breakfast buffet was nice, not more!
The pool area looked very attractive but unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy it.

Fantastic Wedding Venue
Reviewed 2 months ago

Booked the hotel for our daughter's wedding in June. From the start to the finish the hotel was so accommodating and helpful and the staff could not do enough for us. The food for the wedding dinner buffet was "out of this world". The facilities and services at the hotel are fantastic. For anyone visiting the area it is well worth a visit. Beautiful venue for our beautiful wedding.
