How to Get There
Stayed at the Tower Hotel with my wife for 3 nights
Our greeting on arrival was exceptional from professional friendly reception staff
Our room 623 had a lovely river view plus The Bridge
The room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable
Our buffet breakfast was delicious - everything you could want and plenty of it
Great value for money and we will be back very soon
We came to stay here for a weekend for my dads graduation. The rooms were messed up and were not given what we had booked. Our family room (for 3) only had two single beds. When we said about it they just squeezed another bed into the room. My parents had upgraded to a suite but if you call a suite a standard double with an old fashioned sofa bed I really wouldn’t waste your money on it. The views are lovely. The service in the bar was good. Reception very busy and breakfast also busy so by the time you get back your food is cold. I certainly wouldn’t stay here and expected more from the pictures and wouldn’t say this is a 4* hotel. The beds are uncomfortable and the room was chilly in the evening, the shower pathetic and the lifts didn’t work and being on the 9th floor it was a long process.
We asked by e-mail for a view to the Bridge and ended up with a view to a wall Even if we add a confirmation the the view was garanteed by emai.
The elevators dis not work, there was a HUGE queue for the breakfast and the shower leeked everywhere.
So disapointed....it looks like the stars are really old because nobody would give 4*for Thais hotel......
Love this hotel, and really look forward to coming back! amazing location, there is so much you can do here ! we even saw Lord Sugar's yacht in the harbour !! The service and food outstanding, generous bedroom, comfy bed !!
This hotel is situated ideally for work or leisure. When I arrived I was allocated a room on 2nd floor. Upon opening the door I was met by a strong smell of sewage. The hotel immediately relocated me to another room on 7th floor. 1 of 4 lifts were working which meant using the stairs or staff elevators-glad to leave!
