Awful - reception staff woke me in the middle of the night

I would have given this hotel a four star rating. The room was very nice and except for the fixed on-or-off shower, I was satisfied with it. Also the breakfast is excellent.

But, the night concierge found it necessary to call me in the middle of the night because a (probably drunk??) lady went to the receptionist to complain about the fact that the TV set in my room was not working.
Instead of accompanying her to her room, which wasn't mine at all, or at least check her key card to verify the room number, they called me by phone to verify if my TV was broken.

What kind of idiotic receptionist decides to do that????
Of course, when I asked for the manager, he was "not available". S

For the view

If you're staying in London for a couple of nights, this is definitely the place to stay. I slept with the view of the Tower Bridge lit at night and woke up to the view in the morning. It's a surreal experience and totally worth the room upgrade to the Tower View. The overall environment is pretty quiet for a good night's rest and the tower hill station is just nearby and good location to get to other sights.
