How to Get There
We had a problem which was dealt with very professionally by staff management and procedure. I would recommend the hotel for the quality of the room, facilities, its staffing (top rate) and return and stay there again.
Stayed here one night in April. Fantastic find in London, a reasonable price for a great location. Buffet breakfast included in rate which is unheard of in London usually. The breakfast was fantastic quality and the dining room nicely set out with two drink and toast stations, couldn't fault. The gentleman on reception during the evening and night were excellent and friendly. The longe bar was nice and relaxing. Overall the hotel was very clean and the bedrooms had nice comfy beds. Few minutes walk to Harrods and the other way a couple of minutes to cafes and restaurants. Taxi to Sloan square 5 minutes. Will be back as finding a clean reasonable hotel in London is hard to find unles you pay big $$$$.
Had an extended stay at this lovely hotel and would struggle to find fault with it. The location is superb; within easy walking distance to South Kemsington and Knightsbridge stations, and surrounded by shops, restaurants and attractions. From check in to check out, all staff were friendly and helpful and handled any request with ease. The executive room was well equipped and the free smart phone a handy tool when exploring London, with the bonus of free international calls. The beds were comfy and the room cleanliness fantastic, whilst the buffet breakfast was ample with options for every dietary preference.
Will definitely be back and would recommend this hotel to everyone.
I booked via Trip advisor and when they asked for how many I had clearly entered 3. Yet the room booking had 2 adults on it. It said 2 twins which in the US — can accommodate us - an adult and 2 teens! So when one shows up and they tell you —- can’t have the third teen there, it was super trying. I managed to get a bigger room and had to pay an extra $100 per night !!! So please beware —-
The hotel is well located and we enjoyed our stay ... one of the concierges was very helpful and the other not at all! So it was pretty much luck of the draw for the small things.
Breakfast is provided but so so —- the chef who makes omelette doesn’t turn up till 8 and starts at 8.15 am !! Beast is from 7-10 am . There are no /v limited fresh fruits so I’m not sure it’s worth the money as it’s included in the room charge.
Otherwise —- great location !!!!
This hotel is in a really good location, but avoid the classic double room as it really is tiny.. we immediately upgraded to an executive double at extra cost ,the room was nice apart from ‘noisy neighbours ‘ until about midnight but apart from that it was fine, good restaurant and facilities
