I decided to take my partner to London to see Phantom and spent a long time looking for a decent hotel that was reasonably priced but with a modern, luxurious feel and situated close to the theatre. This place definitely ticked all my boxes!

The lobby is chic and inviting and we were greeted with a welcoming glass of Prosecco whilst we checked in which I thought was a pleasant touch.

Carlo, on reception, went above and beyond to enquire about vegan options for breakfast on our behalf (and breakfast was indeed a lovely meal!) and was friendly and courteous.

The room itself was bigger than I’d expected with all modern features and decor (including a glass walled bathroom that frosted over for privacy at the touch of a button, coffee maker, large flat screen TV, air conditioning, mini bar and a digital display outside of the room to show whether the room was occupied/needed cleaning/or a ‘do not disturb’ sign).

The bed was huge and very comfortable and I was delighted to find the windows completely blocked out the noise from the street bellow making for an extremely peaceful nights sleep.

The whole place was clean and appealing.

Checkout was at 12 lunchtime, giving us the luxury of taking our time to rise and breakfast.

There was also a spa and gym accessible to guests however, we sadly didn’t have the time to sample this.

Upon checkout the friendly desk clerk offered to hold onto our bags, free of charge, so that we could explore London before having to return home.

I rarely say this but it was a perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Location great, bed super comfy, room quiet and well design and the most was the great attention and customer service from Altus and Marcel. I highly recommend this hotel for a business’s or leisure porpoises
