he hotel had full renovation. The rooms are big (we were in 211-210). the beds are very comfortable. coffee Machen in the room and tea .rooms are very clean. Staff is wonderful. and the location is the best. 3-4 ,minuets walk from Piccadilly Circus or Laster sq. or SoHo.
things to think about: the tube is 4 minutes’ walk...... at night there is a noise from the cars outside because it’s a main road so if you are easy sleeper you should be aware. In their wonderful bed I slept like a baby

Fantastic hotel

Booked as a treat for husbands birthday, I had informed the hotel beforehand. When we arrived we had been up graded to a beautiful room with a four poster bed, which had been decorated with petals and hearts and a ballon. The room had everything you could possibly need. Coffe/tea machine, iron, ironing board, television, fresh fruit, free mobile for making overseas calls and many more handy things. The bathroom was modern and exceptionally clean. Dressing gowns and slippers. There was a spa downstairs with many treatments, which we didn’t have time to visit but next time definitely. The location of the hotel is amazing, Chinatown is 3 minutes walk away as was the Queens theatre. The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. Would go back there in a heartbeat, hopefully it won’t be too long. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The way Payment is taken

The room and bathroom clean and tidy, very comfortable bed, room facilities good and considering the hotels position the room was quite quiet so a good nights sleep. Great location right in the centre of London easy walk to all the main areas

However the reception staff where not very friendly, and the Hotel has have a strange way of taking your payment which you may need to be aware of,> When booking they take a payment of 1 pound ( I guess to check the card ) then 3 days before your visit they take the full amount of your stay, (in the receptionist words we reserve the full payment ) which is fine, but when you arrive you are then expected to pay the full amount again ? at this point you have paid twice and then the reserved amount is not paid back into your account for anything between 5-10 days .?????????????

don't bother looking any further - THIS is the hotel you'll want to stay at ! Perfect location- Close to the Piccadilly Line Tube and Leiceter Square Tube - as well as the #14 which can pretty much get you to most of the museums (V&A Rocks !) -- Want to walk ...Walk across the street and you're in China Town - walk a block away and you're in the the Theater district... or shopping... and / or fantastic restaurants and pubs. -- As a woman I felt totally comfortable to go out on my own at any time. Staff: THE BEST ! My Husband has stayed here for over 12 years when he comes to London -- and its Always the Piccadilly London West End where he stays.

A perfect hotel to stay at when you want to live in the middle of the city with nearly every theater next door. High standard, great staf and cooked breakfast that tasted lovely. When we arrived we got a glace of prosecco and a little bit of chocolate.
