I arrived at 11h30 and....there was no room anymore for me. Soon there were another 2 gentlemen in the same case . Althougt the price has been multiply by 2 versus the normal price ! We had 2 trainees to help us . Imposible to get a manager (Trainnee was saying :"I will loose my job if i call him"!) . had to wait a full hour before getting a solution. And what i got is an email to write my complain . support usage of digital !! Place to avoid

Great Mid-Week stay

Check in was quick and easy. Received a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite.

The suite itself was spacious and contained hair dryer, microwave, fridge, safe and iron. Bottled water on arrival which was a nice touch.

Great location for winter wonder land £6 UBER but we walked back which took around 20 minutes. Paddington station is only a 10 minute walk.

Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Cooked and continental. Staff were exceptional great service.

Small gripes such as the heating system difficult to work but there were plug in radiators. The corridor leading up to our room did not smell pleasant. Other than that we had a great stay and will be sure to consider this hotel in the future.

Birthday weekend

We stayed here for 1 night on the Saturday, after reading many reviews trying to find the best hotel located for Hyde park we chose this one. We walked from the Hotel to Winter Wonderland (further than we expected about 20 minutes maybe slightly longer depending how long your legs are!) the location is still very good and a short walk from Paddington station which was easy and handy. There is one thing that upset me most about the stay, and that was the comfort & size of the room we were placed in.. the pictures of the room we booked were very deceiving, it looked big and we was advised it would be a queen bed (deffo was NOT) it was a double if that. The room in itself was tiny and I really don't believe it was the room we paid for.. kicking yourself for not making a complaint there and then. It was fairly dirty in certain places which was a slight downfall. On a brighter note the shower was great. Probably wouldn't stay here again for the price & quality of the room we was put in.

Well priced

Well the hotel is fine and to all the negative reviewers, you just won’t find better at this price point in London, for me 120 quid.

They do need to sort the heating though, both my basement rooms were freezing, 3rd floor room like an oven. Might also want to tell the doorman to put his fag out when there are guests about ....

Whilst the staff are polite this hotel truly is the most appalling one I have ever stopped in. The photos online are nothing like the rooms and the double beds are more like 3/4 ones. The rooms are unbelievably small and the bathroom even worse. In addition to this our room was absolutely filthy and the toilet door had basically been broken to the point where it didn’t even shut properly. Not worth the money stay somewhere else.
