Lovely Staff and hotel

Stayed here for a weekend break and it was absolutely lovely! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We asked for late check out and they allowed us to stay until 2pm which was so kind and handy as we were travelling with our young baby! Even nicer was when they included breakfast for us as well!

The room was large, modern, spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious- we had wine and chocolates gifted to us in our room as we were celebrating our anniversary as well. The hotel is right by Marble Arch and Hyde Park so walking distance from some major sites. We will definitely stay here again- we have stayed at the sister hotel opposite, and this stay matched our enjoyable stay there a few years ago.

Birthday, sight seeing and theatre trip.

My wife Gillian and 4 of her close friends stayed in April and said their stay was absolutely fantastic. All staff where brilliant with nothing being a problem whatsoever and hope to return in August.

The Marble Arch London (TMAL)....what can I say...awesome experience and very pleasant stay at TMAL. I do not have enough words to discribe how amazingly accommodating and caring the staff were. They had asked me before my arrival what the purpose of my visit was and upon sharing that I was on a honeymoon, TMAL team even arranged the room for a very warm welcome with romantic decorations, a bottle of fine juice (cuz we don’t drink alcohol) and bowl full of chocolate coated strawberries!! It was best ending to our entire honeymoon.

I can’t wait to return to London just to create more such memorable moments thanks to the team at TMAL.

Great location too. 3 mins walk from all the eateries and shisha cafes of the arab world on Edgware road, or 3 mins walk in the other direction and you are faced with the endless miles of Oxford Street shopping.

Convenience in all directions.

I would strongly recommend anyone stay at this hotel!!

Great service “The Marble Arch London”. Keep it up!!

Pleasant one night stay, staff lovely

Booked a room for a one night stay with husband for my birthday yesterday. The room was perfectly lovely for a one night stay and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but was very ultra modern and our only problem was working out how to use the shower. Got there eventually. Check out is midday which is lovely so we didn't have to rush. The hotel is in a very central part of London and taxis if needed are plentiful. The restaurant is across the road at its sister hotel but we weren't using it so this was not a problem. Not quite sure why it is a 5*
