A lovely stay. Spotlessly clean room, modern and stylish with a very comfortable bed. Self service breakfast well presented and topped up regularly. All staff very friendly and helpful. Car park a real bonus.

Twin rooms without charging extra!
Reviewed 4 days ago

Having really struggled to find a hotel in London that didn't want to charge me extra for a twin room, I am delighted to have finally found The Lodge. Had 2 nights in a superior twin with 2 small, very comfortable double beds rather than singles. Clean, warm and really quiet. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Didn't eat in the hotel but plenty of good options locally, and a 5 minute walk from East Putney tube so the centre of London was easily accessible for sightseeing and no issues walking back late at night. Would definitely recommend. Good special offers available via their own website so would also recommend booking directly.

Work trip

I stay in The Lodge quite a bit and have always found it really nice. The rooms and main hotel are always spotlessly clean, staff are nice and welcoming and always helpful.

The restaurant in the hotel is fantastic too. Delicious food and reasonably priced. Small but functional bar too.

It's located about five minute walk from East Putney train station. And a further five/ten minutes you're at Putney train station. So, it's very easy to get to and a good location to go elsewhere in London.

Can't fault the hotel at all, hence why I stay there quite frequently with work.

Nice décor, friendly and helpful staff, nice bar and comfy beds - we enjoyed our stay. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to central Putney, which was fine. The breakfast was excellent and with lots of choice.
