Overnight Stay

Basically a good stay. Good sized room, comfortable bed and effective aircon. Nice staff. However, a simple request to unlock the window was not fulfilled. The problem seems to be that actually, apart from the lady on ‘reception’, there are no staff. Certainly no one with a key to the window!

A delightful place to stay, a nice restaurant with very pleasant service, also has really fine concierge service -- as for theater tickets and advice of all kinds. Very close to Harrods and the other delights of Knightsbridge.
Price very good for that neighborhood in London.

Lovely boutique hotel in perfect location

Recently stayed at the Levin as I had seen it listed on various travel sites as an excellent choice. It was due to location and amenities but also want to say thank you to wonderful reception staff, as they were most helpful and welcoming.

good location for a decent price

here for a quick, last minute stay during wimbledon. wanted to love the levin, since it has a great location and i love small hotels, but our room felt like it badly needed an upgrade. i didn't care that we were on the first floor just off the lobby with no view since we booked the day of and weren't in the room much anyway - but someone should spend some time actually living in that room. toilet flush button fell off repeatedly. hot water handle on the sink didn't engage. water stains outside the shower. and room too packed with stuff on every surface that it just felt cluttered. carpet didn't seem like it had been well vacuumed. were we comfortable? yes, but i think re-doing the room, cleaning it up, and taking out about a 1/3 of the stuff in there would go a long way toward feeling like there was more value in the space. that said, it's a perfectly located and easy place to stay with a friendly staff which counts for something.

Perfect small hotel in ideal location

Our first time at The Levin but will definitely be back. Room was great with everything we needed and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities are limited but that was fine for us and there is always The Capital next door if dining is required. We were very pleasantly surprised however, that a complimentary “grab and go” breakfast of pastries, orange juice and fruit was provided. Oh yes, the beds were very comfortable too.
