I returned to the Egerton for only one night in January, connecting through London to Tel Aviv. I arrive in London on a dreary, rainy Saturday, and when I walked into the lobby was warmly welcomed by name by the ever masterful staff. There was a cozy fire in the fireplace, and, although still early, my room was ready for check-in. Breakfast was still being served, and I started the morning in the intimate dining room. Perfect service, wonderful food, and such a tasteful blend of traditional English elegance combined with modern comfort.
My room had exquisite linens, amenities, and while decorated traditionally, has multiple electrical plugs, a modern pristine bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, a multi-channel new tv, and the most comfortable beds and pillows in London. The sheer comfort and luxury of each never disappoints!
A busy day in London ended with the perfect martini served in the cosy bar. Esley and Sahbi are always warm and welcoming without being intrusive. Best martinis in London! Their trademark votive candle was burning in my bathroom when I retired for the evening. Home away from home!
The Egerton House Hotel is an amazing combination of traditional English elegance and modern conveniences, with the most amazing, accommodating staff (Andi, Charlie, Mustafah). Thank you again for a wonderful stay and making me feel so special. Can’t wait to come back.
Absolutely pure comfort and quiet indulgence in a time capsule hotel. Friendly staff, lovely coctails, beautiful breakfast and a room fit for a manor. Champagne and rosepetals scattered over the room when we arrived at night.
Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the Egerton Hotel this past weekend. We were made to feel very welcome. We had interconnecting rooms with our children and the children felt really comfortable in their side of the hotel. The little touches were appreciated, red carnations, choice on bedding, sweets for the children. Our room was lovely and so was the bathroom, very charming. The bar area was nice and relaxing and the employees are very easy to make conversation with.
We stayed at Egerton House for our first night as newly weds. The staff very discretely welcomed us in late at night and had set the room up in simply the most romantic setting for us. Amazing room, breakfast and location for shopping the next day. We've vowed to come back for our anniversary with our new puppy!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this very quiet and elegant boutique hotel in a convenient section of London. Our room was impeccable and service was right on point. I think what really differentiates this hotel is the super friendly staff. They go out of their way to serve you and make sure your needs are met.
