Fantastic hotel
Staff were amazing( especially the guy on check in. Sorry can’t remember his name. But he had a bandage on his hand) and so helpful
We were given a welcome cocktail which was superb and a free upgrade
Fantastic location a few metres from Harrods
Would certainly stay here again

An amazing stay from start to finish

We booked a weekend away (from the children) in London for our joint Birthday celebrations. From the moment we entered the hotel lobby and dropped the car keys off we felt the stress fall away. The reception staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. We received an upgrade to a junior suite as I had notified the hotel of my husband's birthday in advance which was an unexpected and extremely kind gesture. The suite was fantastic and extremely comfortable, especially the huge bed. Dining at the hotel (breakfast x2 and lunch) was an amazing and relaxing experience. We had such a great time during our stay, the result of the fabulous staff working at the hotel who really cared about us. We will definitely be back in the future.

Wonderful afternoon tea
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Visited for afternoon tea, lovely cosy room, speciality bread for sandwiches which was a very pleasant change, wonderful small scones, and cakes very pretty.
Big choice of teas and infusions.
Excellent friendly service
I have been to outlaws a few times, and have always found the " front desk " service to be very helpful and friendly..as are the staff at outlaws..different from the usual anonymous large hotels.

friendly boutique hotel in Knightsbridge
Reviewed 1 month ago

If you want to stay in the heart of Knightsbridge, close to shopping and tube to visit major sites, this is the place. We had a small room, the smallest they had as the receptionist mentioned when trying to upgrade us, but it was fine for a couple, not cheap, but much less than other rooms.. Staff were friendly, concierge with good sense of humour and happy to help. It's on a quiet street, but so handy you can get to Harrod's and the tube on foot without even crossing a street. Their casual restaurant, Menu, is worth a visit for lunch and the breakfast in Outlaws was good if you're not budget conscious.

Best choice of whiskies with expert advice from Amille and Savi. Also great for tastings. They do great other drinks if you fancy gin etc. Great restaurant next door at outlaws and Laura great at organising events
