How to Get There
A successful business trip that was topped off by discovering The Bentley. Every member of the Bentley team were friendly and courteous. An expansive and tastefully appointed room made all the better by the ability to open the windows yet enjoy a restful night's sleep. I am now a Bentley devotee!
Perfect location, impressive lobby and I have been upgraded for one night to Ashburn Suite.
The moment we entered the hotel, we were given an worm welcome by the person at the door.
The check in was very quick, and less than a minute the luggages were deliver to our room. We rely enjoyed our stay, and recommend it to all our friends. Its not chap, but its worth every penny. Special thanks for Alex, Tamas, George and the girls in peridot restaurant.
The Bentley is a lovely hotel, there is no denying that. there are marbles, gilt and silks in abundance, the furnishings are sumptuous, the curtains lavish, the colours glorious. The bath was deep, the water hot, the toiletries fragrant. It makes for a very impressive first impression and the staff can only add to it. They were, without fail helpful, curteous and impecably polite. The service was lovely-I could book in at 10 am and my room was ready, I left my suitcase there all of the final day without demur, they opened the bar early so we could have a pre-theatre drink, whatever I wanted, seemed no problem! Yes, some of the fabrics are a little faded or some stained and there were some water marks around the shower, the antique furniture was a little scratched and chipped in places. But none of these things detracted from the overall experience. It is not a super deluxe 5 star hotel, but then you do not pay super deluxe prices! It is however, a lovely, peaceful, convenient and serene place to rest your head!
