How to Get There
Lovely smaller hotel with excellent rooms (with quiet aircon too). Well appointed, quiet, no street or guest noise. Lovely staff. High quality and good value. Superior breakfast cooked to order. Highly recommended.
I have stayed at this location 3 times now. The first 2 visits were great, the visit last week was mixed.
The cigar bar is great, the staff that services the cigar bar are fantastic. The concierge staff are great, Bryan a shout out to you.
The room on this last visit was disappointing. Nowhere on the website is a guest notified that you may be booked in the basement. That's right below street level. I booked very early and pre-paid, probably a mistake as later bookings no doubt at a higher rate pushed me into the basement. Basement rooms are smaller, much darker, and lack some of the niceties of the other rooms. Bit of a smell downstairs as well.
Would strongly advise potential visitors to make certain you haven't booked a room downstairs!
This area is located in an extremely quiet area although very close to Bakers Street tube station.
Entry is via steep stairs but once inside the decor is elegant and very tasteful.
Check in was efficient with very friendly helpful staff.
Our room was bright and tastefully decorated.
The bed was very comfortable with lovely crisp white bedding.
The bathroom shower room although small had everything we needed even a make up mirror.
The toiletries provided were beautifully scented.
The air conditioning was very welcoming and beneficial due to the current heat wave.
We had an excellent night sleep as the area and hotel itself is so peacefully quiet.
This is a locality of this hotel is ideal as it is hidden away from the buzz of the main shopping streets but with great nearby independent shops, restaurants and the Sunday Market.
Other areas such as Hyde Park, Bond Street are all in easy walking distance.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
I will certainly return when I'm next in London.
We were gifted a stay here through work and it's simply beautiful. The location is very central and the staff are super friendly. We were staying in the Grand Suite which was amazing, a lovely big lounge, two bathrooms and an amazing bedroom. The bathroom with bath and shower was amazing, I could have stayed in there for days.
We ate at the restaurant both mornings and in the evening too. There needed to be more vegetarian options as there was only risotto, but the food was delicious and so fast, we had little to no wait at all.
Only two small things, the fridge didn't shut very well in the suite, and the TV was impossible to use, but we didn't need it so not a problem.
If you're looking for a top notch hotel with a friendly, helpful team of staff, visit No Ten soon.
We actually stayed here twice in June, 1st time we had a standard double and then when we got married we had a junior suite. The rooms are nice although I found the beds quite hard (wife can sleep on anything so no complaints from her). The breakfasts are really great, coffee amongst the strongest I've had on the planet and the staff are very helpful if only that communication could be somewhat tricky occasionally due to it not being the first language of the staff. Loved the cigar terrace and had a great late night drink & smoke they're 😊 on the whole fantastic location and helpful staff.
