Central yet peaceful

This is a luxury hotel which is tucked away yet conveniently located.
We had a very comfortable one-night stay. The room was small but well-planned so we had all we needed. If staying longer and with bulky luggage you may want to book an upgraded room with more space.
All staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked and reasonably priced if pre-booked.
We would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay at this hotel so convenient for a course I was on at Regents Uni. Would have liked a magnifying mirror in bathroom I’m sure I had one in a previous room I stayed in maybe. Fantastic Location.

Nice Boutique Hotel

Overall experience was great, other than the poor wifi and mobile connectivity in the room i stayed in - Rm 101.Try to stay on the higher floors for better wifi strength and mobile phone connectivity.

Fantastic base for exploring London
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

I booked a suite for a one night stay over the bank holiday weekend to use as a base for a brief London getaway. The check in process was very efficient and we despite arriving early we were immediately allocated a room. The room was a very good size by London standards and had plenty of televisions.

The hotel's location was fantastic with all of the major attractions within easy walking distance. The bar offered well mixed cocktails and good service. Breakfast was also delicious

Also worth mentioning the bed was amazingly comfortable, one of the best I have slept in.

The only criticism I could level was the addition of a service charge to the bill. This felt like a bit of a scam to me and not something I have encountered at other hotels. I suspect I would not be alone in suggesting that prices are raised by a few percent rather than making this annoying additional charge.
