It was amazing experience at Taj. I knew that they will meet my expectations but when I stayed there for three nights for my wife’s birthday they went beyond my expectations. From early check-in to check out the staff spot on And we left from there with your lovely smile on our faces. Butler met you he was amazing and room service was exceptional. They definitely made my wife’s birthday special with their excellent customer service.

Mother-daughter trip

This hotel is 5 star! Our courtesy suite upgrade was excellent and came with a full Kitchen. Staff was accommodating and attempted to meet and exceed our needs. The concierge-Nelson was outstanding. Highly recommend speaking to him regarding any info or needs. Mr. Benson problem-solved our issue with polite professionalism. Excellent. Alice in wonderland tea was exceptional. Lovely.

Our only issue-this is not a family hotel. I had wanted to take advantage of the pool with my teen daughter. The spa did not wish to accommodate her due to age (13 years old) though I had specified the desire to use spa facilitates as part of mom and daughter trip when making the reservation-direct with hotel. And while management did make an allowance for us, The 3 spa staff were TERRIBLE—critiquing my daughter’s way of using the pool and constantly supervising us and conferring with each other while watching us—to the point of making us very uncomfortable and interfering on our special time. Very disappointing and highly unprofessional.
In sum great hotel but not family friendly at all. And the spa was unwelcoming and not to same caliber as hotel.

We stayed for five nights and had a great time there. The PRIVATEUPGRADES booking was superb, you can get things like free breakfast or a room upgrade all kinds of discounts and that's because the travel agency has those personal relationships with the hotel. Everything was just so amazing and everyone there was so helpfully and kind that we didn't want to leave that place and just stay there forever. I personally recommend!
