Absolutely fantastic stay!
Reviewed 1 week ago

Previously booked our Suite on Booking.com for two nights, including breakfast, for two nights.

Easy to get to using the Tube, quick walk through Westfield Shopping Centre, also signposted throughout in Westfields.

Great location. Reception on 12th floor using the right hand side lifts.
When arriving we were greeted by two friendly staff, whom were lovely & offered us lots of information regarding our stay.

Lucky for us, we were staying on the 12th floor not far from the Reception, other rooms are located on the floors below.

We were staying in suite 1210. Our suite was lovely & clean, we were pleasantly surprised how lovely the suite was, with lots included; Kitchenette - sink, fridge, microwave/grill, two hobs, dishwasher, utensils, cutlery, dining set. Bathroom - shower (absolutely fantastic shower, great water pressure & massive), sink, toilet, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lots of lovely fluffy towels provided.
Wardrobe with safe inside, iron & ironing board. MASSIVE comfortable bed with two pillows each, lovely big Samsung flat screen telly with freeview, coffee machine with instructions, desk, hairdryer, a helpful mini tablet with can instruct you on how to get about London & site seeing.
The list could go on. Lots included in the suite.

We had two lovely nights sleep, with views of the Olympic park & the o2 in the distance. Did not get woken by any outside or inside noise.

Each morning, there was a lovely breakfast laid out which guests helped themselves to.
Hot breakfast - sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, baked beans & hash browns/potato cubes. Also a pancake machine with available toppings, coffee machines - mugs or takeaway cups, toaster, fridge full with different milks, orange juices, apple juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, fizzy drinks, porridge, fruit, fruits salad, cereals, croissants, bagels, pastries, granola, water - still or sparkling.
Lots of available seating to use, the Den - a quiet room with comfortable seat, there is also a balcony when the weather is good, television with the news & weather streaming all day, computer for guest use, mini shop for essentials, food & drinks.
The breakfast staff were very attentive & friendly, removing plates, glasses, mugs, bowls & replenishing them very quickly. Topping up anything that was running low.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay & will be using Staybridge Suites again. Very impressed.

Thank you for a lovely stay.

I love this hotel

I always enjoy coming here. The bathroom has been recently remodeled and the water pressure was out of this world. The rooms are very clean as well as the hallway. There was a terrible smell in one of the elevators throughout my stay. Breakfast was basic and became monotonous after a few days as nothing varied.
This hotel is right in front of Westfield Stratford city with a number of good restaurants just a few steps away. I will definitely be back again

Always like this hotel, friendly reception, gym on 12th floor, snacks at 7pm in bar. Rooms are comfortable and I always get a suite which I do not make the most off. Suites have kitchen lounge bedroom and bathroom.

Breakfast Staff Made The Stay Perfect!
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Obviously the rooms were clean, smelled good, and comfortable, but the morning staff made the stay just that much more. Stefan and the crew were engaging when needed and also gave us our space. They found out we were staying for a special event at the Copper Box Arena and went the extra mile making sure that we had a snack to take with us. They checked in with us each morning to see how we were doing and just made us feel that much more welcome. So grateful!

Good, but I probably prefer the Holiday Inn...

For ease of those new to this hotel, the reception is in the top floor, with rooms down below - might seem a bit confusing when you go to the top of a hotel for reception.

On the top floor, you'll find the gym, laundry room and restaurant/bar.

The room itself is perfectly adequate, comes with a small kitchen (I didn't use) and a decent offering as a bathroom. The main plus point is the nespresso machine with complimentary pods (4)...you can buy more if you need.

For food, there's a pantry next to the reception desk, however, it's quite expensive, so may be worthwhile popping into one of the many supermarkets in the area.

I didn't eat evening meals here, though on a Monday - Wednesday there is a 'social' event where you can get some nibbles and some complimentary drinks - that's a big plus after a day in the office.

Breakfast offering was adequate for me - yoghurt, granola, fruit compote and scrambled eggs - couple of coffee machines too for that fresh cup of coffee in the morning top it off.

The drawback to me was the gym, and how woeful it was - it wasn't until my second use that I realised I could have used the gym in the Holiday Inn, which whilst just as woeful, had free weights. Don't expect to be able to do much of a routine here - though, do ask to pop into Holiday Inn if you want weights.

I had the same issue as the Holiday Inn, in that my card was not preloaded with access to the gym (still don't understand why).

Between the two offerings, I'd choose the Holiday Inn. Shall keep this place in mind should I find myself down for a couple of nights again.
