Shockingly bad
Reviewed 3 months ago

Brief: the executive room is very small, the « luxury » toiletries come from a plastic bottle nailed to the wall like in Étape hotel, the window of our room looked like it has never been cleaned, and the «  icing «  on the cake was that the snacks, chocolats, milk, dates and beers which we bought and had in our little fridge disappeared after the «  cleaners » have been to the room - but the room was not cleaned at all, and everything was left untouched with the exception of the appropriation of the food. The whole 2 day experience was like in a bad soap opera. We travel a lot, but we have never experienced such a stay in any other part of the world. To be fair - the management offered to pay the disappeared snacks and it was handy that the shop receipt was still with is. The excuse presented by the management that there has been a misunderstanding amongst the cleaning staff, I.e. the room has been vacated , was to put in mildly , very weak. Our clothes, our computer accessories, toiletries were in the room. What did this people assume - that we have vanished in another dimension? To all future guests - please, ensure that you explain exactly how long your stay will be, what you bring with you and how you expect to find your room upon return in the evening.

Great Location

Its location is perfect. Other than that their none-smoking room was definitely an smoking one as I couldn’t breathe due to the strong odor of tabaco.

The place is old and doesn’t smell good at all. The room hadn’t been dusted for awhile as the desk was covered with dust. There were noisy people up and about the hall for two nights in a row (after 12 o’clock) which jolted us awake.

The mattresses and toilet are terrible, definitely need to be replaced. The shower was all right.

Ideal for Olympia

Stayed with friends while visiting the Great British Beer Festival at Olympia. Rooms were clean and tidy and had everything you could need for a short stay including a microwave and mini fridge. Beds were clean and comfortable, compact en suite shower, tea making and also an iron and ironing board...don’t think they missed a trick. Would definitely stay here again.

Good value for money!

Hotel is just as advertised and good value for money!

I visited with a friend to see friends in London and it was a perfect hotel for us to get around London easily and the room was adequate for everything we needed! Great for someone that just needs a decent room in London without spending a fortune!

I would use it again if I visit the area in the future.

very dirty and unpleasant
Reviewed 6 months ago

good position, but the hotel is very dirty, and unpleasant.
Rooms are small and you can hear everything from the nearby rooms and they can hear you.
The Egyptian receptionist Mr Mena is not a nice guy, he is not helping and is not polite.
To avoid, if possible.
