National holidays use it,so it had to be horrendous!!
Reviewed 12 hours ago

We visited this hotel with National holidays and have to say the food was horrific evening meal and breakfast, and our room was looking onto train line which made for a sleepless night, why National Holidays keep using these awful hotels? Even our driver used the phrase "why do you think I went to Burger King i never eat here" disappointed after such a great day at Harry Potter

Weekend at the Ramada North London

Friendly and helpful staff, nothing too much trouble, great room fantastic value for money. We were going to 2 concerts at Wembley on consecutive nights. Staff arranged taxis and advised us on the best mode of transport.

Very poor food
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Buffet cold, poor quality. Restaurant staff not interested. When I explained food was cold they said they had checked it 20 mins ago. ( food can cool down in 20 mins can’t it?? ) I also attended previously an was given a rock hard baguette when I ordered a roll. I had to take the filling out and just eat the filling.

Please improve the food quality people are paying good money here.

Family Room - 2 Night stay
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

Stopped here two nights for playoff finals, 2 adults and 1 child. Beds were uncomfortable mattress way too soft so woke with bad back. The two singles were really low like the mattress on the floor. My child didn’t like it at all. The staff were fine. The rooms were clean and the facilities in room as to be expected. Taxi service provided was excellent we used it several times back and forth. Wembley cost £15 one way.
Edgware is £5 and Kingsbury was £10. Would have scored more but the bed was just not comfortable for me. Also the walls are very thin which is unusual for a Ramada.
