A night in town

The Room and service overall was fairly good however the breakfast buffet was not. The hot food containers were empty at 10.30am half an hour before the end of breakfast. And when we eventually sat down to eat, it was all under cooked.

Good location but need a refurbishment!

We like the location of the hotel, close to both shopping and restaurants and close to the underground if one will use it to see more of the city. Nice and friendly reception staff and very good breakfast (with choices to get various hot breakfast options á la minute).

The room we had really needed an uplift, the armchair was very timeworn and dirty, the carpet was not really nice and some tiles were broken in the bathroom, and the total interior was very "tired". A comfortable bed made us cope with the room anyway, but next time in London we probably will choose another more updated hotel if this has not been taken care of more properly.

Great stay

Stayed here last week as I was running a conference at the hotel.

The room was fantastic and they provided free water and a plate of fruit on arrival. The room was huge and had plenty of space.

Ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was top quality.

100% recommend!

Very bad

They gave us a room that occupied already, also one elevator is working for the whole stay of ours that causes a long wait to se it, the staff is rude and not friendly at all and at the end they didn't appologise in a good way

Good 4 star hotel

I believe this is a good hotel, location is very good 2 min from Oxford street
The hotel itself looks nice from the outside and the reception is wide and cosy
The restaurant is fine
Breakfast is good
The rooms are sizeable and cosy
On the other hand I had one issue with hot water coming from the cold side
