How to Get There
We availed of 2 apartments for our family’s accommodations in London last May and June 2018.
I would highly recommend the apartment for future London travelers. The place has been exceptionally kept maintained, clean and complete in facilities such as having provision for washing and ironing, cooking with sufficient supplies and equipment, and coffee-making facility. The apartment is big, with good quality beds, linens and pillows. Each apartment has a balcony facing the road. Breakfast is delivered to the room at our desired time, which is quite convenient. The location is excellent, where one can enjoy silence, and have the convenience of walking a near distance to the tube station, grocery stores, restaurants etc.
What excels most is the quality of staff from the General Manager to the Bell service staff who all warmly welcomed us upon arrival. The Front Office Staff are so accommodating, with special mention to Ms Ivana, who has efficiently handled our bookings. Everyone had a ready smile.
I will definitely recommend the apartment to any future London travelers especially those who are traveling with their families.
Unhelpful and downright rude and dishonest staff. They gave me a downgrade from the room I booked and tried to say that because they gave me a “free” breakfast which I refused, we were even. This is laughable and plain false advertisement. The rooms are also tired and dirty. Don’t stay here, you’ve been warned.
Stayed at Presidential in 2012 and liked it so decided to return this year. The place has gone down hill quite a bit. We were a group of eight people in four separate rooms. While three of the rooms were quite acceptable, one of the rooms supplied was a converted storage cupboard with not even enough room to place a suitcase. Keep in mind that these are supposedly apartments. Eventually got this room changed after desk staff demanded additional payment which was consequently refunded by management. Our room did not have a toaster (one again, self contained apartment). When we asked at reception, we were advised that not all apartments had toasters but they would get us one, which they did. Really, how expensive is a toaster to not have one in each room. Apartments have been poorly maintained. While clean and comfortable, little things like lights not working and missing kitchen utensils are really annoying. Reception staff are quite rude and aggressive, which also detracts from the property.
we had a studio apartment which was roomy for the two of us. It had all the amenities that we required washer dryer, small kitchenette. the room was serviced every day and a continental breakfast provided every morning. The apartments are very close to Earls Court station and the shops. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
It says apartments but what you are getting are Flats in Earl’s Court where you will be a resident a great place and the staff went out of their way to make my stay great I would definitely stay here again it was like I lived in London
