Definetly the right choice!

The location was amazing although it’s very close to Earls Court underground station and a street full of amazing restaurants (don’t miss Nandos and Masala Zone), grocery stores, pharmacy and shops, it’s actually located in quite street facing a small garden .. our apartment was at basement level and from reviews I’ve learned they weren’t the best choice however the receptionist gave us very early check in (around 8 am ) and promised to shift us to another apartment on the second day ( which we didn’t do because we actually liked how quite the basement apartment was)

What appeared to be a good choice turned out to be far from it. The room wasn't ready on arrival and, on returning at the advised time, we were turned away twice. The room seemed nice enough, but on closer inspection it was quite tatty. There was no carpet on the floor and, judging from the sound of elephants in hiking boots in the room above, that was probably the same for every room. We were at the end of a corridor with one other room, yet we were woken every hour by our neighbour's door and the fire door being closed very noisily. We suspect that room was being rented by the hour! And breakfast, ordered for 8am, didn't arrive until after we had complained, at 8.20. All in all, a place to avoid.

Great location & comfort.

This is nicely located on a quiet street less than 5 minutes from Earls Court Tube station. Our executive suite (2-3 ppl) was spacious, nicely appointed and clean. Lite continental breakfast was served daily at our requested time. While we enjoyed our stay, we found being located on the 'street' side was rather noisy as the windows offer no sound barrier meaning everything that happens on the street can be heard through the closed windows. Tip: request a room on the back side of the hotel is you want quiet. WIFI works well.

Overall, hotel is quite good but we found reception could have been a little friendlier and responsive.
