Pestana Chelsea bridge hotel expensive pretentious hotel
Ok – easy lets start with the positive points, breakfast and check out

Not so good items
Staff some are just rude and obnoxious
Bar staff – tried to keep the voucher I had for food and was confused
12.5% added to everything, you have to ask for it to be removed
Expensive poor food, we had to return 2 meals because they where cold to have the same food brought back still cold on the inside, water was rude saying this food is good and just left it on the table walking off, no apology or attempt to change the food to something more suitable, 2 x beef wraps, chicken burger all with chips, 2 x house red and 1 cider total ridiculous cost of almost £75
Bed not comfortable
Noisy room facing the train lines, Noisy hallway leading to rooms poor noise insulation
Dangerous scalding hot shower needs to be fitted with a anti scalding thermostat

Clean and Great Customer Service

We really enjoyed the Pestana Chelsea Bridge in Battersea. It had clean rooms, good breakfast and wonderful Customer Service. The only thing that wasn't perfect were the beds themselves. (We did not complain about them to the management) We had the twin deluxe and the beds tilted towards the night stands. Other than that, we would recommend it to anyone, and we would stay there again.

Weekend away

My partner and i stayed here for our anniversary and it was lovely. The spa area was small but very relaxing and the bed was very comfortable. I found the staff very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The only issue was that on our last night we ordered room service and it wasnt the best for what we paid. The garlic bread was a little cold and the pizzas seemed overcooked on top but undercooked on the bottom. We ate it as we was so hungry but ive had nicer pizzas from a supermarket. Also the bath plug didnt close properly so meant we couldnt use the bath.
Other than that we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel to our friends and family.
