pleasure trip to London
Reviewed 1 day ago

I was in a coach trip to London as we were taking park in a concert at The Royal Albert Hall. We checked in on Friday afternoon (18th May 2018) Everything had been arranged for us by our tour manager in our choir. We found the hotel excellent in all ways and could not really fault it. All the staff were very friendly and helpful even down to finding us some tea bags and milk at midnight. The breakfast was good and hot (if eating a cooked breakfast). My wife enjoys fresh fruit for her breakfast and there was an ample supply of all types of fresh fruit.

We were able to check in early which was a Godsend for my elderly Mother! Caters to tourist and lies in the hot bed of Big Ben and Westminster Abby!! They have family and couple services as well. All over I was satisfied with this choice of hotel.

Clean, Comfortable, Excellent stay.

Stayed 4 nights May 5-9, 2018. Stayed in a room with 2 twin beds. The room was perfect for my 12 year old grandson and I. We opted for the breakfast buffet package which was great. The only thing I wish I had realized is that we could have ordered our free breakfast delivered to our room each morning at no extra charge. We did this on our last morning and I must say it was so much more pleasant than going down to the buffet. Don't get me wrong, the buffet was fine, but this was better.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had an inside room, so no real view, but honestly for the amount of time we spent in our room it didn't matter to us. The environment was quiet and we weren't disturbed by noise from other guests.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and eager to make it a pleasant stay. Our check in and out were very smooth with no surprises.
Other than breakfast, we didn't eat onsite but did have room service one evening. It was fast and good.
We used the pool one night and it was nice.
Our hotel was close to everything. Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, London Eye, Hop on/off buses, Florence Nightengale Museum, everything was so close. We used a cab a couple of times and there was always one waiting outside, or close by.
We loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Have a really nice breakfast buffet. Go out of there way to help you anyway they can. Stayed here with our Globus tour and were treated very well. Rooms were clean, and very comfortable beds.

Birthday experience

A good choice of hotel. Very centrally located. The room was comfortable and well appointed and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The quality is excellent. We went to celebrate my birthday and within minutes of booking in the hotel kindly sent up a small birthday cake. The concierge service organised some theatre tickets for us as well. Nothing was any trouble. It was our first time at a Radisson hotel but won't be our last. Their poached eggs at breakfast are freshly made to order and are wonderful. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
