We went there for a four days trip top London and we really happy with our hotel decision. Friendly service, perfect room (with WLAN and TV/Netflix per iPhone), delicious breakfast and 1 minute to the subway Baker Street - within 10 minutes you are in the best sightseeing places

Enjoyed my stay.

Hello my Archie K.
I stayed in this hotel on my 33 years birthday 12th and 13th of April. Just would like to say thanks ti you to made my stay so special and memorable for long and long years forward.
Reception team organized a birthday cake and btl of champagne on my arrival. It was so great to see that this hotel pay such a big attention to the details.
Reception team a  specially as Lett,i Bianca and Valeria made my check in so quick and hassle free ,big thanks to them. Also Reception managers tripled check  if im ok and if im satisfied with my room. MY ROOM WAS FABULOUS- see pictures below.
I didn't have time to stay in the restaurant and bar but how ever on arrival i met bar and rest manager Fatmir he was very welcome and explained the menu. Nikos a breakfast waiter brought breakfast in my room. It was warm and delicious ,what else you can expect.
Overall i spend one of the best time staying in London hotels.     Will defiantly recommend this hotel. If you are looking for warm and friendly welcome stay and 5+ customer service this hotel will definitely will suits you.
Thanks Sherlock

A little gem of a hotel, central and well located and yet quiet. The bar and restaurant are out of action but the rooms are well appointed and the service a bit friendlier than the London business hotel average. It has become my preference for trips to London.

Amazing Stay At Holmes!
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

I stayed in Sherlock Holmes for one night only but had a fantastic stay. I felt very welcomed by Valeria and Lavinia who were very smiley and who offered me a really nice room to stay in, a massive improvement after the refurb! I had dinner at the bar and was served by Archie and Nikos who made me feel like home and went above and beyond to offer me exemplary service. Their cocktails were absolutely amazing. Breakfast in the morning was delightful and greatly hosted by Silvia. Will definitely be staying here again soon!

Park Plaza Sherlock Holmes London - stay in April 2019

I did choose the Park Plaza based on being a Raddisson gold member and the perfect location to explore inner London by tube and cab. Next station a 3 minute walk away, Baker Street Station - very central.

We arrived quite early, did already enjoy the neat houses arround the hotel and got an early checking even before 12:00 the welcome concept with a desk and chairs is as welcoming as the concierge and the reception staff. While I often feel very well and welcomed checking in, this is a warm welcome to mention.
This continued with very friendly staff and a very helpfull and caretaking concierge.
The style is a bit different. I would call it a bit artsy and cosy, very nice.
Room was in excellent state, cleanness as well as technically.
Based on our full plan, we could not give breakfast, restaurant or bar a chance.
However, the rooms looked very inviting, as well.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, very nice location to get around.

Clear recommendation.
