Wonderful place conveniently located near Oxford Street and Selfriges. Lots of little shops and restaurants around. Perfect fir a short stop owner like we had nd wanted to go diwntown. Staff are great and the breakfast is really, really wonderful.

I was truly disappointed with my stay. This hotel is not anything like the other park plazas yet it is a similar price. The toilet didn’t even flush probably because it looked like t was from the 1950s so was the phone which didn’t work.

I was woke up by what sounded like building works literally knocking down a wall next door. No notification of any works taken place by the hotel so very disruptive.

It isn’t worth the price what so ever, book the Westminster bridge, Waterloo or county hall.

A true warm welcome and service above and beyond.

I was bringing my wife to London to see a west end show as a birthday present fro a significant birthday. I had booked the Sherlock Holmes as I had stayed before. I had informed the hotel why we were visiting. At check in they upgraded the room for what in London we a seriously big room. When we got to the room we found a fresh strawberry cheese cake desert, a bottle of excellent white wine chilling in Ice and a huge birthday card signed by multiple staff members. What a way to start a stay! We were only there 2 nights but throughout we were made to feel special. Hats of for a great team.

A great find in an electric city of citizens a and tourists.

An overall pleasurable, relaxing experience that warrants the time and money spent. The good and drink are above average, while nearby outside dining choices are recommended. However, the friendly efficicient service, clean and comfortable environment far outway the above average restaurant and bar experience. I highly recommend this residence.

Outdated and gloomy

This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment.the rooms are poorly furnished and decor is in a poor state of repair.there is chipped paintwork and furniture throughout . Carpets are threadbare and worn in the corridors.there is an overwhelming amount of brown and dark cream paintwork, carpets ,furniture, blinds and curtains making the ambiance throughout a dingy miserable one.
Must however emphasise the all the staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. As guests,we actually felt sorry for them having to work in such a gloomy establishment.
