Welcomed and well served at this themed hotel in the West End. Ideal location for visiting the theatre. Quiet street and good location for a good nights sleep. Staff friendly and helpful. Stayed here late December and again now, if at all possible when I visit London this is where I want to stay. Not just because of the location or quality of the rooms it's the fantastic staff that really mean it's a place that makes every visit to London a pleasure.

Lovely hotel, great location, London prices!

Stayed here for a night just before Christmas. Location is excellent, really well situated for a visit to London.

Special mention to the lady on Reception, she was really good and welcomed us so we felt really special and comfortable. In fact the staff were all unfailingly pleasant and polite.

Room was well appointed, with good quality fixtures and fittings, all high class stuff, including quality towels and soaps/lotions etc.

Bear in mind you are paying London prices though. The room was a couple of hundred pounds per night ...... and when we went to the bar in the evening we had two small bottles of beer and a glass of wine and were charged £26 pounds for them. We went to the bar ourselves and the staff said they would bring the drinks over to us. They carried them ten yards to us and then we had a £4 service charge added to the bill, which stung a little.

Overall, great location, good staff and a high quality hotel. Yes, we were nonplussed by the prices but to be fair, that is the going rate for that part of town.

Beautiful, romantic, comfortable with good attitude

The hotel was renewed lately, which maximise the pleasure. The service is wonderful, warm and friendly. Most of the rooms are without a bath, so if it's important to you, you should ask in advance. The hotel is about 3 minutes walk from Baker station, and the area is very good and central. Highly recomended
