Mould shower
Reviewed 1 day ago

Booked in for one night prior to a hospital appointment. Lovely room, have stayed here before so no surprise there. I was however dismayed to find that the shower cubicle smelled strongly of mould and Black mould was visible on the wall and ceiling of the cubicle, I have allergies which made matters worse. I would have asked to change rooms but I had just arrived on a flight and had an early hospital appointment and wanted to rest. Disappointing

Truly a River bank hotel
Reviewed 1 day ago

The Hotel is nicely located on the bank of river Thames, just across the road. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The automation was for curtains and lights with keypads for both the guests. We can also control the air conditioning from these. The breakfast was sumptuous and good variety was available.

Excellent Hotel

Location of the hotel is excellent facing the River Thames. In addition, breakfast and room service were very good. All other amenities like conference hall, restaurant etc. are very good. Major attractions like Westminster Abbey, London Eye, tower Bridge are all at a walking distance.

Amazing

From the moment you walk in to checkout you are treated with the highest respect, the bar area was clean and served a wide variety of food and drink and the location, although not central isn't bad only a few minutes walk from teh tube

Really good, but...

•I stayed here for one night with two family members. We travelled by train, getting off at Vauxhall tube station, which was only a short walk to the hotel. If you kept walking past the hotel, it is a 20 minute walk to the London eye and restaurants.
•The hotel itself was very plush (we stayed in the apartment side), with excellent views and comfortable and stylish furniture.
•Check In was quick and easy.
•Breakfast was lovely only a little over priced for what was available. But terms of hot food on the buffet, it would have been nice to have a vegetarian sausage.
•Despite then acknowledging the three of us at check in, there were only 2 towels provided and no bedding for the sofa bed. However, a call to room keeping solved this. When we complained about this upon check out the response was rude and uncaring. Did not even apologose.
•Easy to get a taxi from the front door.

-Overall, lovely hotel, close enough to some things but easy access to other parts of London. However, not perfect; could do with closer attention to detail and better customer service.
