Sorry just not worth the money . Location great yes . Staff unhelpful.
Our room had no outside light . Breakfast , coffee cold , orange juice warm . Poor selection breads . Not enough space for guests so they encourage separate sittings as they cannot accommodate all guests in dining room . Wait for lifts is ages . Cannot use swimming pool in hotel across road in same chain without extra charge ! Poor

Very nice hotel at great location

The hotel is located near the London Eye, and 2 min walk from the Waterloo station.
It's super easy to get to all London from the hotel, and the lovely crew will be happy to help.
We chose "Superior Room" with London Eye view, which was very disappointed - the room was not that big and the London eye view was far from what I expected from the pictures - we only saw a tiny top of it.

great stay

i didn't know what to expect for i planned our london trip kinda last minute and didn't have too many choices of hotels but this hotel exceeded my expectations and our family of three had a very pleasant 5 night stay. i chose the prepay option from their website and we had more than enough room for the three of us. our room was on the 13th floor and we had a great city view. we could see the chard. the housekeeping was so thorough and had our room cleaned very nice everyday of our stay. the front desk persons who helped us were courteous and bell man were more than accomodating! we were literally 2-3 minutes away from the london eye and from many restaurant choices. we took the tube from waterloo station which is about 5 minute walk from the hotel. we're very thankful that we had a great hotel to stay at while we were in london. oh, the only thing that i kinda had to get used to was the very weak shower but i got used to that real quick and because everythingelse was nice that it didn't make a too much of an inconvenience!

Location wise good and near to London eye and Westminster Rooms are good and quite ok decorated no swimming pool and service is very poor had a bad experience with staff as had an accident in room with the glass in bathroom as they kept cracked glass in bathroom with which my wife got hurt and bleed but hotel responds very coldly and offer to change the glass very rude and non professional behaviour no apology and even when asked to see Gm no response and told we will look into matter but when and how god knows wasted our time due to them with injuries to my wife so very bad experience I really cannot understand there behaviour and hospitality I wish there management come to India and see our hospitality here very bad experience so in my words not worth visiting

This hotel reminds me of the Marriott Marquis in Times Square - well location, a little flashy, elevators you can see out of... After our Air BnB turned out to be horrible, we were lucky and very happy to get two rooms at the Park Plaza County Hall. My family of four got an Executive Suite with a perfect new of the London Eye. My niece had a junior suite, which weirdly, seemed to have more room than ours. But no matter. We were cramped but still comfortable. Breakfast is included but busy. Coffee- not so great. But the staff was friendly. Security at night so no one is just walking around. Would have been perfect if it had a pool. But still, close to so much! And even though it's in a busy area, you cannot hear noise from the street. BONUS!
