I would like to congratulate Chef Jhony for his proactivity and dedication. Very attentive and always friendly, for sure is the soul of the hotel. He decorates the point of the customers' dishes, very agile and good-humored. I tasted so much bad food in London that I was already disbelieving good food. Chef Jhony was certainly a beautiful surprise of my stay. Congratulations

A single night only, but an altogether delightful stay.

Every single member of staff was pleasant, helpful and prepared to give time to listen and ensure that my stay was excellent.
First class breakfast, lovely bar meal in the evening and a spotless room.

Awful hotel, avoid at all costs

The hotel was awful. We booked a superior double room but when we checked in we were given a standard room. We asked to be moved and were moved to a room where the bathroom plumbing leaked so badly it flooded the bathroom and where the air conditioning was faulty and only pumped out freezing air - in November. A maintenance engineer came and couldn’t do anything. We weren’t even given extra towels or blankets- and all for £420. What a rip off. Reception wouldn’t even note the complaint and customer service is so poor they will only offer a discount off a future stay - as if we’d ever stay in this dump again! There are lots of hotels next to each other on Southbank - go to any one other than this.

SUPER NICE TEAM! SUPER NICE STAY!

We booked this hotel for a group of 18 people who stay in London for a congress and they loved the hotel! the hotel is really good located and tThe staff are very well-prepared and that's tremendously reassuring. Speacilly thanks to Khush and Lucia for all the help and support!

Not as good as previous visits - hopefully a one-off

This is our "go-to" hotel for family stays in London. The location is great - its an easy walk up to theatreland and on this occasion up to Winter Wonderland as well, the rooms work brilliantly for a family with two separate sleeping areas with the bathroom in-between and its good value.
On previous occasions our visits have been topped off with exemplary customer service - this time i have to say it was pretty lacking. Long queues at reception with only one member of staff behind the desk even at peak times; little or no attempt to interact with the customers and a general air of apathy. Please tell me this was only a one-off and we were unlucky?
We will undoubtedly come here again next time we are in town and hopefully the service will be back to its usual high standard - fingers crossed.
