The hotel is very clean and very well located and surprised us with the very attentive staff, which made the difference in our stay. Our thanks to all and especially to Frankie and Jesus (Reception) and Narcisa (Housekeeping). We have had wonderful memories of our 5th wedding anniversary in London.

Very friendly, welcoming Hotel

A lovely friendly Hotel in a great location, just a few minutes from the tube and a 15 minute walk to the museums. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and a brilliant breakfast. The staff went out of their way to welcome us and give congratulations, wine and chocolates and cards on my son's graduation which made our stay very special. We look forward to staying at the Park Grand again on our next visit to London.

It was very good until..............

We enjoyed our stay *until* we realized that someone had gone into our luggage while it was being held for several hours before we departed London. A couple of things were removed. So if you have this hotel hold your luggage please make sure that anything of value *IS* in a locked piece of luggage. Positives include location just up the street from the Earl's Court Underground station, the breakfast was very good and priced fairly imho, and the room was very nice. We learned a tough lesson about not trusting hotel staff with luggage!!! Message to the Park Grand London Kensington....you have at least one problem employee that handles luggage and/or has access to the held-luggage room. This reality is going to be a problem for you moving forward as undoubtedly this will continue to happen. It needs corrected!

Birthday treat to remember

We booked for 2 days for my birthday treat and as well as the room upgrade, I had the most amazing surprise when I came back from my day out. The room had been decorated with balloons and petals, there was cake and a bottle of wine. Thank you so much for Maruama, Frankie, Alesi and Narcita

Fantastic Stay- Can't wait to Visit again.

I have recently returned from a stay at this hotel for a night which I booked as a surprise for my partners birthday.
when booking I noted this on the special requests but didn't expect anything special. Upon arrival, the staff were extremely polite, helpful anf friendly abd kindly advised that we had been upgraded. When we got up to the room it had been decorated with balloons, there was complimentary cake, wine and fruit, my partner and I were delighted!
The room itself was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Location is perfect, few minutes walk from earls court station. we parked at a nearby hotel which we paid £40 for 24 hours but that's no different to anywhere in London. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and I can't wait to return, cannot recommend this hotel enough!
