How to Get There
Stayed here for work on 1st July. It is opposite Lambeth Palace where the Archbishop of Canterbury lives when in London, around 15 minutes walk from the Houses of Parliament and about 10 minutes to the Imperial War Museum. The rooms are very modern with a lot of facilities you don’t get elsewhere. For example, my room had a mini fridge with bottled water, iron and ironing board in the wardrobe and a capsule coffee maker with four capsules.
The complementary toiletries were fair trade, which was welcome. The room was very quiet at night and I could not hear any outside noise, a pleasant surprise in the middle of London.
I had a drink in the bar which stocked several locally produced beers including an excellent one called Hiver which was made using London urban honey.
Breakfast was very good. I had the full English buffet as always! Everything was very tasty and you can eat as much as you like. Other options, like cereals, cold meats, cheeses, yogurts and pastries were also available as was a selection of fruit juices and teas.
One tip is the coffee machines are not obvious, they are sort of tucked round the corner to the right as you look at the hot buffet.
Happy to recommend and return for another stay.

The food is great, the bar is well stocked and the staff are excellent. They are friendly and attentive and could not be praised more highly. They made my night special and provided an added sparkle. i recommend this place with all my heart.
The staff was very welcoming and so helpful with my many questions! One of the girls actually went out into the road to find us a cab because none showed on the computer :) The restaurant was very convenient and delicious! Christian was very welcoming when we came to dinner, and we felt at home. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Within walking distance to so many attractions. We will stay here again next time!
I stayed here recently with my 2 sisters. We were given a room with a view of lambeth palace and the london eye as it was my birthday!Staff on Reception very pleasant and helpful....especially Sergi!! Rooms clean and spacious. Location very good for lots of the sights. Would reccomend this hotel and would use again!
I’ve stayed here a couple of times as it’s close to my office. It’s a really nice hotel. Very modern rooms and some of them have great views too. The bar is reasonable for London, and the food is nice. There’s a gym too if you’re feeling up to it.
The only minor complaint I have is that it’s not near anything, not even a tube station. You’ll need a long walk or a taxi if you want to go out.
