Hotel is great. Staff very helpful. Many rstaurants to choose from. Near tube. Enjoyed the stay. Hidden secret. Good room service. Breakfast in bed was great. Room service is alright. Near all attractions.

Good, but ...
Reviewed 1 day ago

The hotel is located in an excellent spot, near two important tube stations.
Breakfast is very good, and rooms are nice and fine for the price, only
There is a glass wall between bed- and bathroom which is a posh feature, but not practical because the bedroom is lit up brightly when you want to use the toilet - not so smart when your partner is trying to sleep. We were offered to change to another room which had an actual wall (unfortunately that room was much smaller, so that the space between bed and wall was almost too slim to get into bed).
Staff is friendly and trying hard but more process- than guest-oriented, lacking flexibility. E.g., a cup of tea would have been nice in the morning before the breakfast opened at seven. Instead one was asked to spend 45 minutes waiting in the lobby (water was provided).
Could have been a strong four-star rating, yet the experience was max three overall.

Very well located hotel

This classy hotel is located close to Towerhill tube station and Fenchurch station. We were greeted by friendly Staff Antoine and Salem as we entered the hotel lobby, the service provided was quick and efficient
Very clean hotel.
The room was large with a walk in shower and chocolate brown suite, there were natural soaps, showergels and shampoo provided
The mattress on the bed was comfortable as were the pillows.
The fridge had bottles of water and milk enclosed.
There was a kettle and posh coffee machine.
Windows in the room could be opened which was lovely as it was a nice day.
The room had an iron and board and hairdryer.
Would definitely stay again very pleasant stay Thank you

Great hotel

I have been here for a holiday with my family last March.

Well mannered hotel. Always clean.

In the hall the front desk is missing to allow a stronger relation with the Team. I have seen this choice in other hotels and I like it a lot.

Fast check- in and out.

Wonderful view from our room at 6th floor.

I hope to return to London soon and I will have no doubts in booking here!

Good stay

Smells and looks clean. A good welcome received at check in.
There is a bar/restaurant attached which is handy. It is open until 1am.

We had an upgrade - the room was a good size but not huge but then it was very comfortable. We could see the shard from the window. Walk in shower. Toiletries. We had tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Breakfast was good - just want you’d expect. My only very small issue was hot drink self service which is fine but by the tea there were no spoons so was difficult to remove the tea bag!

Over all we had a nice stay, it was clean and everything was satisfactory.
