one of the lousiest hotels Ive ever had the misfortune to book

I have nothing good to say whatsoever, this is the closest you can get to a hostel. Bad service, lousy rooms, dirty bathrooms, lumpy pillows. Photos 100% inaccurate. location seems appropriate except no black cab will stop outside it.

Better under a bridge

What can i say? They were rude at front desk, not even speaking english well... and my room wasn´t properly clean.
I rather go to a hostel next time that pay for a room and a service that is not worth at all
Do you wnat and advice? Please, don´t go.

Good Business Hotel with a Spanish Flavour

Clean, friendly, modern hotel with big beds and comfortable rooms

Decent wifi connection

Breakfast good (although still no bacon) but one complaint, when I ask if I can have a fried egg the answer is "yes, of course sir" not "I'll see if the chef is busy", that's what the chef is there for and I was the only person in the restaurant at the time!

Very good hotel, nice staff and clean and spacious rooms

The room has everything you need, it's spacious, the beds are King size, large bathroom and a small fridge. Everything you need for a stay in London. It was a bit chilly so the airconditioning helped a lot (it heats as well), it's near Earl's court so the tube isn't far away. There are also a lot of nice restaurants in the street towards the tube. The breakfast in the hotel was superb, fresh fruit, good coffee (different varieties), all kinds of breads. And not too crowded when we stayed at the hotel. So I would recommend this hotel, certainly for those who want to visit V&A, Science Museum, Natural History Museum, it's only 3 stops from Earl's court. And it even has a garden!

Great location good rooms and attentive service

Partner and i stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night. Firstly great location 5min walk from Earls Court tube station and No 74 but stops right outside. 74 goes down Cromwell rd Harrods, Scince museum V&A, Harvey Nicholls etc then carries on to Hyde Park corner, marble arch and on to Baker St. Have stayed here previously and stayed in a split level suite. Room not the biggest but well proportioned and having a staircase in the room up to your sitting area, coffee machine, kettle and mini bar plus another separate toilet and sink is cool. All staff we interacted with were courteous and friendly. A good choice for breakfast with the usual cold meats, cheese, fruit and bacon, sausage scrabbled egg etc. Very good hotel and would recommend.
