Worst hospitality ever
Reviewed 1 month ago

My family and I stayed at this property for a long weekend and we had the worst hospitality service ever.
The front office service should be much better improved. During our checking-in, we had some confusion with what it was included, therefore in the morning, I went to double check, the front office manager called Tina answered very rude and direct. They did not provide any solution and therefore we were charged for something that was supposed to be complimentary.
The day after, we left the hotel at around 10 am and came back to the hotel at 5 pm and the room was still not cleaned, which I can understand it may happen but the worst was when I went to reception to ask them if they could make sure the room was clean and they started arguing that usually they do it in the morning and putting excuses... In the end, they cleaned the bedroom. Overall experience at reception was very negative and extremely uncomfortable.
Also, something that is worth to be mentioned is that the room was in the basement, which I think to be a four upper scale hotel this should not be admissible. The corridors had a lot of humidity and had its receptive smell. The room did not have much light and was placed in front of the housekeeping room, which its respective noise of the housekeeping trolleys in the morning.

Overall a very bad experience, would not recommend this hotel mainly due to the service which can be very much improved and mainly from the front office manager.

Hotel close to Earls Court & Olympia Exhibitions
Reviewed 1 month ago

The hotel is lonly a few minutes walk from Erals Court Tube station, in an area with plenty of restauarants, bars and cafes. It is on a very busy road, and our room was at first floor onto the street, however the sound insulation was so good we hardly heard any traffic noise. It was a pleasant stroll to the Olymopia exhibition centre. Staff were helpful. Good quality finishes.
