How to Get There
The beds we received were old old and lumpy. They tried to fix our second night with a mattress topper which helped a bit but we lost a lot of sleep because of the quality. I know the pilots etc who stay here do not get crappy beds so why did we in the basement room???
We travel with 2 pieces of luggage: almost impossible to fit them in the room . Small bed. Small bathroom. The staff was amazing . Good location. We always stay in NH in Europe. This rooms were the WORST
Greetings to all,
My stayed with this hotel was fantastic until the time I've checked-out.
It was approximately, 0640am or so...I was just doing a favour for my colleague and I am aware that the restaurant (breakfast) still not open. However, our conversation regarding 'a cup of coffee' has the receptionist on-duty attention.
I would like to highlighted to the restaurant staff on-duty at that time (since I saw only her at the restaurant), be aware of what you speak regarding 'restaurant system is available at the moment', also the way that lady (staff) talk to hotel guest was unacceptable. I am not new with customer service nor hospitality service, but I must say....she should be retraining.
Thanks to the receptionist on-duty, which I am pretty sure he knows the solution/ in other words we called...'service recovery', a small gesture of 'a cup of coffee' for my colleague was managed pleasantly. Thumbs up the receptionist officer that checked us out (@0645am).
We stayed here on our last night in London. It was a pleasure. The staff was very warm and helpful. The room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. They have a nice bar restaurant overlooking the garden. Art books to peruse on the shelves. The perfect place for a glass of wine after a busy day.
The breakfast was wonderful.
It is an easy walk to Earl's Court tube station.
This Spanish chain always does well. We were upgraded(booked through Booking) and had Garden Level room with two large beds. Airco was a bit difficult but we had opening window on to the internal garden. Room was quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly/courteous.
